How the hard-working staff don’t all have chilblained fingers in this weather is frankly a mystery – so I send a huge “thank you” to all the guys for a job very well done.. every time.
Have previously been very happy with washes here until today. First man didnt wash left side of car with foam so mentioned it before moving on. Was basically called a liar – we were sat in the car and watched everything!!! It wasnt done but for the sake of just spraying left side they argued the matter and refused.
Dont know if letting standards slide or too busy to care but we wont return after this stupid episode.
Used this company for a very long time until recently one member was very rude when i confronted him about his chamois leather which was putting dirt back on my windows. and then tried to refuse to do the inside of my vehicle saying nobody had time And wanted to charge me 10 pounds just for an outside wash which I refuse because I wanted the inside doing. I could have had outside done in carwash for 2.99 at morrisons. He actually did the inside eventually but pooly and very rushed then refused to put an air freshener in the car when i asked, telling me they’d ran out yet I’d just seen them put one on the car before me. So I won’t use this place again. Ive spent a couple of grand at this place over the years. All my friends wont use again either now. Their loss. Perhaps treat customers with respect and clean out your chamois more often.
