2 months agoI went here today to have my car cleaned inside and out. Have been using this car wash for years. The price on the board was £15. I was told by one of the workers that the price to me would be £20 because my car was so filthy. When I said I wasn’t paying that I was told to go somewhere else. My car wasn’t filthy and in any event this is a car wash!!! Rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Unbelievable that I was spoken to like that. Will never return3 months agoI did go today day Sunday 7 of May at 16:00 pm. A tall boy treated me in very bad ways, the other day I paid with bank transfer and there were other people, not the madman who attended me today, he told me in a bad way that only cash, they don’t accept bank transfer and invited me to leave. I don’t know if he didn’t want to let me pay by bank transfer this time because he wanted to keep part of the money and cheat his boss. You could tell his bad way of being because at first I asked him where to put the car and he pointed at me mockingly, the cleaning the car it can be excellent but the worst customer service, so unpleasant that here I am wasting my time to write this review and let the boss of this site know.5 months ago3 times my wife’s taken her car here and 3 times a bad experience, rear wiper broken, wax left unpolished and now after having it washed here on march 13th, we have what looks like discolouration of our paint work, these guys have no idea what the are doing, photos added to page EDIT: I our car is a 22 plate so not an old car, I’ve had to take it to another car wash professional polish out the residue stains from the mario car wash and then rewash and polish it again. All staff friendly.4 weeks agoTurned up, firstly no one was there, then when they did come out, they then moaned and was shouting at us because we parked in the wrong space, they then proceeded to laugh at as amongst themselves, I then accidentally walked off with the keys to my car in my pocket, he then shouted “oi” at me and my partner as we walked down the road and told me I’m an idiot and that it wasn’t my first time(which is was), when we they came back to pay they took the cash of me and walked of once again laughing at us !

Can’t really rate these as I was turned away when I went to get my truck washed. They said that a previous customer had complained that his front grill was damaged and now they don’t want to do my sort of truck. Which was a Ford Wildtrak. So I had to go to Abids car wash in Gosport.
I’ve never been to a car wash like this. The guy was helpful, the car was clean and I was happy. No complaints here

Turned up and was told to step outside the car so they could have a look inside to see if they could fit me in for a valet. They told me it was fine but would cost me £30. I asked for the £15 one which was the mini valet but was told “No this car will cost you £30”
I drive a small three door Corsa… my foot passenger was a little dirty but other than that it was dust that needed wiping down. Would’ve taken me all of 15 minutes but I thought whilst I was shopping I’ll treat myself. After telling them “don’t worry I’ll sort it out another day” they all started laughing and said “Goodbye!!!” So mad.
They don’t do a good wash when they are busy. Parts of my car weren’t cleaned properly
