As is the usual for a tesco Express prices are higher than they could be and should be cheaper.

Prices and offers are very over priced now and if you can go elsewhere.

Staff are good and it is usually very quiet, probably because people shop elsewhere.

Worth going to get a newspaper for sure and if you are desperate for an item.

Not only is this Tesco a great store what really sets it apart from just a Tesco express is the staff are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond for customers especially regulars, they have gone out of there way numerous times to help with shopping, found lost items and then contact to let me know, this includes my debit card and childs shoes, Absolute angels. They are all an asset to Tesco as a company, thank you all so much !!!

Apart from two males that work at this store, the rest of the staff are rude and horrible. Staff refuse to move trolleys out of your way and look at you as if you are a burdon to them. The manager really needs to work on their staffs attitude as they make it uncomfortable for you to do your shopping. She also needs to improve on her attitude aswell, if she and her staff are not happy with their job then find another one!

Lovely staff, very helpful. A very busy shop but sells everything a convenience store should and a few extras including a Hermes/ Evri (🙄) label printer/ parcel shop. Prices in the store are a little dearer than the large stores, but I suppose we expect that now in the c stores.

A great store but let down by rude and unprofessional staff. They all ignore queing customers and when they do serve you its as if you are inconveniencing them. Apart from the two gentelemen who are nice and helpful, the rest need a lesson in mannors and proper training!

How to Shop Smart at Tesco Wolverhampton: A Quick Tutorial

Shopping at Tesco is a simple and convenient way to get all of your groceries and household items. Follow these guidelines to make your shopping experience a breeze:

1. Plan your shopping

Before heading to Tesco, make a list of the items you need to buy. This will help you stay focused and avoid impulse purchases. Consider meal planning for the week to ensure you have everything you need.

2. Check for promotions

Keep an eye out for promotions and discounts at Tesco. They often have special offers on various products, such as buy-one-get-one-free or discounted prices. You can find these promotions in their weekly flyers or on their website.

3. Explore the store layout

Tesco stores have different sections for groceries, household items, and more. Familiarize yourself with the store layout to save time. You can find a store directory or ask a staff member for assistance if needed.

4. Use a shopping cart or trolley

If you have many items or if you plan to buy heavy items, it’s best to use a shopping cart or trolley. This will make it easier to move around the store and carry your purchases.

5. Pay attention to expiry dates

When selecting perishable items, such as fruits, vegetables, and dairy products, check the expiry dates. Choose items with the longest shelf life to ensure freshness.

6. Compare prices and sizes

Compare prices and sizes of similar products to get the best value for your money. Tesco offers a variety of brands and sizes, so take the time to compare before making a decision.

By following these guidelines, you can shop efficiently and effectively at Tesco. Enjoy your shopping experience and don’t forget to check your receipt before leaving the store!

  1. Had to ask for disabled toilet to be cleaned before it could be used. I was told by the cleaner when they turned up that “we don’t go in there as the door is always locked”. Just because it’s locked doesn’t mean it isn’t used! If you have a Radar key you can unlock the door without having to suffer the indignity of queuing at customer services to as for the room to be unlocked.
Come on Tesco, up your game and maintain the facilities you provide in a clean and hygienic condition please.

  2. My click and collect experience was awful at this store. The staff member who brought my shopping out verified my name and left a pile of trays by the boot of my car. I came out to open the boot only to find him gone back inside, my shopping getting drenched as it was raining. I quickly packed the items in my boot and he turned up conveniently for my signature. I was not offered any assistance with packing my shopping in the car and I was not given an opportunity to ask for support. Awful service!

  3. Always a pleasure shopping here, staff are LOVELY!! Special shout out to Annie in Timpsons (enjoy your holiday and don’t forget the Fudge 😊

  4. Well we really enjoy purchasing from this store but an incident occured causing us to give the store a one star review. We purchased milk from this store but when we opened the lid a really peculiar smell entered the room then we tried drinking the milk but soon realised we bought spoilt milk. We tried telling the staff but they started asking if we didnt put it in the fridge or starting making other excuses and did not listen to us. Causing us to give a one star review.
