a week agoGreat service, phone shop(rear of store) fantastic service and advice. Rest of store great service in general always have full stocks of food.a month agoGood selection of groceries, fruit and vegetables, and bakery products. Clothing, books and cards are also available. There is also a selection of kitchen equipment. There is free parking and toilets on site.a week agoI tell you what this service was spot on! Kath was lovely and freindly but the clothing isle was shall i say distressing and perplexing due to the gargantian hole about 9 feet wide and 42 feet deep, veey conserningin the last weekToday was a very unpleasant experience staff very rude and unhelpful. If I wasn’t desperate for the products in my trolly I would of left them there! It’s very unlikely I’ll be visiting this store again in the future.4 months agoEven when super busy, the food service is fast & staff are efficient & friendly. We’re regulars in the cafe, as it’s convenient, but it’s also fairly decent food.It’s a little pricey considering it’s a cafe owned by a grocery store. Seems their supplies ought to be incredibly cheap compared to a standalone restaurant. After their last price increase we started dividing our visits between here and eateries in town.

a month agoThis Tesco Extra offers all the usual groceries and household essentials. They also have a large clothing section and a large homewares section here too. The shop is also home to a Tesco Mobile shop, Yo! Sushi counter, Max Spielmann photo shop, Timpson, pharmacy, cafe and passport photo booth.The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there are plenty of disabled and ‘parent and child’ spaces located near the shop entrance. There are also a couple of electric car charging spaces.
The shop sells a wide variety of items at reasonable prices. The staff here are very friendly although the number of staffed tills has reduced in favour of more self-service tills. The self-service tills are very convenient and there are usually plenty of staff around to help if needed.
in the last weekHundreds and hundreds of plants outside, 95% dead due to lack of water! Why! All the energy gone into growing these plants totally wasted! Forced to use self service tills due to the lack of enough open manned checkouts. Only to “assisted” by a sullen young female. Would not come back again ever2 months agoI want to say a big thank to the dot com driver who bought my partner a meal deal on Sunday 18th June while he was waiting for a recovery truck to pick him and his bike up. He appreciated that very much.

Very nice after its refit, the bakery and butchers is a vast improvement. Electrical department has become very small and don’t offer a full range, shame you can no longer see the televisions working to see the quality. Cafe is very nice and welcoming, nice to chill out before a big shop. Quick bites for your working lunch have all been conveniently placed on one place at the front of store.
Always loved shopping at this store, staff are fabulous but the gents toilets leave a lot to be desired…. I suggest that the store management inspect them more often, the smell of urine is overwhelming… !!! We’ll continue to shop there but avoid the toilets at all cost.

But some staff very kind and helpful but some staff very lazy. I do not know why they working their if they don’t want to help customer.
Tesco extra is a big store near the Tim Hortons in Swansea. It’s price are very reasonable and mobile accessories are also available on good price. Fresh vegetables and fruits always available there and the prices on clubcard are awesome 👍👍
Great prices especially club card deals well stocked and helpful staff. Not enough tesco mobility scooter’s available, very disappointed had to sit it out in the car while my wife did shopping. It has to sort this out its not the first time this has happened
