  1. Extremely friendly staff and quite possible the only reason I keep going back. The range has shrunk and shrunk and its a struggle to get simple meat lines like mince if you don’t get there early! The store seems busier but less staff to man the tills resulting in long wait at the till which the staff do their best.

  2. Nice little supermarket with an excellent range of produce. A bit expensive but you always end up paying more for convenience I suppose. Fresh bakery always smells amazing too! Lovely and clean also!

  3. Staff chatting to eachother whilst serving and ignoring the customer. Wasn’t spoken to at all except when I was told the balance and then to remove my card and even then the girl seemed to have an attitude. Poor customer service.

  4. Certain rude, incompetent and slow employees, far more interested in conversations than helping customers at tills. Was asked to stop with my request whilst the employee helped another customer who was already being served. Raised her hand to my face and asked me to HOLD please. Absolutely unprofessional.
