Had no problems with Digital Pacific for years until recently. 24/7 support is not actually 24/7 as I cannot get the support I need on weekends. They are sending my invoices to the wrong email address. They are refusing to help even though my email is no longer working, and I rely on this email for my clients to contact me. They have said there is nothing they can do and are still refusing to release some of my domains, so I can transfer to another hosting company. Very disappointing as I was trying to support an Australian business.

Option 1 on the phone voicemail doesn’t work.
Hosting performance has dropped off a cliff, with load times drastically increasing.
Al tech support is now based overseas (poor English/understanding)
Avoid this hosting provider if you want professional performance and support.
No longer Australian. Was sold to overseas company. Sales and Tech-support off shore. Their understanding Australian language is worse than terrible. Attitude terrible. Tech support terrible. I was with them for years, but now I can’t get away from them fast enough. DO NOT USE. If I could give them NO STAR, I would!

Service with Digital Pacific has deteriorated beyond belief since they have been acquired. Overseas call center’s are useless. Have no idea how to assist or troubleshoot, have no skills to assist effectively, don’t care about the customer. Changed to Australian based server provider, double resources, half price and team in Sydney. After 15 years with Digital Pacific i say good riddance to bad rubbish.
Is there a stronger word than appalling? Yes, been with them for years but just lately, the wheels have fallen off. I used to think Melbourne IT was bad. These guys are the new champions in the competition of worst customer service.
