The only thing I can say is that there is a girl who helped me when I wanted to verify data and prices in 2016 and very bad service, very rude over the phone, that same year I contracted the service and everything worked perfectly, I never had problems and when I did I always liked the ticket because of the response time was almost immediate, now this year 2018 to start 2019 I want to use it again but I am reading negative opinions, perhaps the service has deteriorated… I would have to review the issue again. Less two stars for poor quality telephone service.
I’ve been working with it for around 5 years, and I haven’t had any problems…when problems have arisen, I even had my website hacked on occasion and the Hosting team helped me solve it effectively at no additional cost. They have variety in their packages and the costs are affordable. 👌
I have had this service for 8 years and it has always worked very well. The support is good, it is through Ticket or chat and they guide you in a good way. They have office hours and this conditions the night support of course, but removing this detail it is an excellent service. The page has crashed a few times in 8 years and some of them have been due to my error in the configurations. The price is very good, I used other services before and I had problems with all of them, until I arrived here and of course I stayed. I am very satisfied with the service, I fully recommend it.
Terrible service, the servers go down all the time, the page takes a long time to load and there’s no way to talk about customer service… They don’t have a good technical support team to resolve your doubts and problems as soon as possible. I do not recommend it, I will not contract with them again. I requested immediate cancellation and they decided to make it at the end of the billing period. They want to force you to stay so they don’t give you your money back. Not even their 30-day guarantee is real.
I just installed WORDPRESS on a DELUXE HOSTING, after a few minutes the domain goes down, I spoke to TECHNICAL SUPPORT to verify what happened and they told me that the content is damaged that I should hire a support service to try to verify what is happening
