Went in for a simple routine car wash, first time going here, the wash didn’t even remove the thin film of dust off my hood, dirt still on sheep wells, windshield not clean, overall not good at all!By Justin Kleidosty (2 years ago)Update……Stopped in today to speak with people as requested. Again the people here are very nice and helpful, my stars rate the people at a 5 but the wash is not for my car. I guess my car is to small, to low to the ground and white. They let me go through again today but we picked the lowest wash option. I can not get the tire shine option as it sprays along the length of the bottom edge and the wheels kick it all up onto the side panels, black tire shine on a white car does not look so good. The bugs are still acroos the front and the back of the car is still dirty. Thanks for the great service and trying to fix the wash job, I appreciate your effort. They had given me a free wash to use in the future, I will have to try it on a different vehicle.
First post…… The man was so nice and walked me through the options. I bought the most expensive wash at $18 and bought the bogo for additional $9. It is not worth it at all. I have a small car and I was very disappointed. I used the pre wash bug wash, someone else sprayed pre wash bug wash before I even entered the car wash. After the wash upon inspection, I still have bugs on the front fender, the back of the car has road dirt on it. I will need to get home and finish the job.

Before covid they handed out coke or water and wipes to clean your interior. Hope they start this up again soon. It’s fast and easy. As i was going through the wash tunnel one of the spinning machines hit my windshield and it cracked somehow. I drove back to the office and told an employee called Max about what happened . He took some pictures, made me fill out a form and told me a manager will get back to you. He also said that he witnessed that there was no crack on the windshield before i went into the tunnel. I get a call yesterday Aug 8 from Jason the manager who told me that he noticed that there was a rock chip on the windshield and that was the reason why the crack happened. Just ran thru the wash and I am not impressed. They are running cars way too fast thru the wash. Missed my entire back of my van. Terrible when you spend that kind of money. Granted I didn’t buy the most expensive but I still bought the middle one, and that alone cost 15 with tax. Very disappointed
This place is now owned by Mister Car Wash and has been rebranded. Overall the people here are great. My only complaint is I’ve been here twice since getting my first monthly card and it already bent my antenna. Doesn’t really feel like soft touch. As it shakes my car as I go by in the car wash and definitely feels way too fast through the blower. Luckily I was able to bend my antenna back as it wasn’t too bad. We’ll see what happens in the future. If any further damage happens I will be taking pictures and talking to the folks there. But otherwise no complaints. The associates here were very helpful when I first came here and got my monthly pass. I like having this so close to my house and the vacuum seem to always work well.
No longer locally owned. Not as good of a wash any longer.
Went through yesterday. Car in front of me got sprayed down, was given extra room between cars before and after. Mine? Nope, load them in bumper to bumper and no spray for you. It really didn’t do a good job again either. At $18 a wash I’d expect a better quality. But I guess you don’t get what you pay for anymore. So glad it’s nice out again, I’ll be doing it myself from now on.
They changed to Mister Carwash. Prices went up. There’s always some guy creeping around wanting to put your credit card thru for you at the drive up kiosk. Same wash, much higher prices.
Free GOOD suction vacuums with long hoses to reach every inch of your vehicle, with a garage can next to each spot to throw trash away! Love this!!
