There was a hand wash area which he said I could use if I put quarters in it and would not let me use it without additional payment as I had already lost $12 for the automated wash I did not receive. The attendant at the gas station was very professional, but the owner was rude and has no sense of providing his customers value for money. Are you thinking on washing your car here in Moab ?? Good luck and make sure that you wash your car within 3 minutes otherwise the stuff is going to kick you out !! I’ve used this car wash for years and I’ve never had a bad time until today when I wash washing my car by hand ! I knew that I had to hurry up in order to let the traffic get in but this dude came up to me saying that what I was doing wasn’t allowed and I told him that there wasn’t any signs up on the walls. As I was washing my car putting 10 dollars in the machine he kept saying that I needed to leave !!! Now I understand that this place doesn’t care about costumer service!!! Try avoiding this place!! Horrible service
