  I had a brake leak and these guys were very friendly and willing to help I called everywhere else in town and I was told I wouldn’t be able to get my car in til next week and in some cases 2 weeks from now.   This is my go to place for an oil change in winnemucca. They are always efficient & I rarely have to wait. After going to a couple other places in town & not being satisfied, I’m glad I found PDQ.

  Terrible!!! They upsell on everything…I told them my tires were low on pressure because it was 8°… they didn’t bother to check my 2020 Camry to see what tire was low… he said they were all good and that the sensor on my 2020 camry was bad. Toyota said it was exact. I was charged $6.00 for coolant on my 2020 camry with 29,000 miles. Toyota said this is a closed loop system… there is absolutely no leak or problem. I was still under warranty so I complained to Toyota. They found nothing… this place is a scam. I’m worried they didn’t change my oil or they didn’t use full synthetic like I paid over 30 dollars more. If I can find the easy scams..

  On a recent trip, in the middle of nowhere, my check engine light came on. On a Saturday. I called around in an ever-widening area. No one was open. Finally I found PDQ. They were able to check the code and reset the light. They advised me that I should have no problem getting home. (Which I didn’t.) As an older woman, traveling alone, I was doubly appreciative of their kindly assistance. Can’t thank them enough.

  Beyond upset. Gave my car a wash for the first since purchasing it and the brushes scratched the heck out of my brand new vehicle. I saw the scratches on the hood and then inspected the car to find all the micro scratches through out the car. Employee was sympathetic cause he noticed the scratches to and apologized, checked the brushes and apologized again and said their were signs about not responsible for damages. We walked around the facility TOGETHER and there were no notifications.

  Most of the time they do a good job of prepping the car prior to sending it into auto wash. I had it done today and the guy did a terrible job. Won’t go back when I see he is there.

  Update August 7th, 5PM. Stopped by for a wash and Esteban did an AWESOME job. Nearly washed it all by hand before sending it through the machine. Esteban drives a black Nissan. If he is there you will get a great wash.

  We needed to wash our Class A motorhome and this location was the best option in town. It had the requisite height needed to fit a 13-foot tall rig. Unfortunately, the controls (which thankfully can be put on a credit card) are only on one side (passenger) of the bay so we had to get creative for the driver’s side. We accomplished this by using the next bay over’s equipment, witch worked great until someone else pulled in…and they were very patient with us.
  It clearly does a great job based on the number of people who rotated through while we were there. Bring your patience just in case.
