  Despite the long line, I had an exterior car wash completed with debugging and was satisfied. During the process a part was knocked off in the car tunnel- annoying but not the end of the world. The manager spent a good while on the phone with me trying to identify the missing part and went above and beyond to walk the tunnel and found it! Guys seriously, it’s an excellent tunnel car wash! BUT if you love your precious cars so much and never anticipate so much as a scratch, well negative Nancy here are your options:

  2. Spend the time to wash it yourself
  3. Spend a good penny for it to be hand-washed

  Literally an absolute waste of time, employees, and money. Not really a reviewer but I really feel like you guys need to tighten up. Almost 30 bucks with taxes on a 8 dollar gas station car wash.

  See attached pictures, been going to flagship for years and I have never experienced such poor work. Perfect weather for a car wash and with the highest trim package “Ultimate” I was still wiping down my wheels, my windows, and spent 4 dollars on the SILLY 1 minute timer vacuum. Do disappointed, don’t be fooled they only do interior cleaning 3 days a week. Now I have to go out and find another car wash because I there are grease spots on my car from whatever equipment they use, they have two guys hand dry for a grand total of 8 seconds by the way and gives you a thumbs up. Complete waste of my time. Tighten up or get new management, I run several businesses and there’s no way my clientele would let me get away with this.

  Update: Fantastic response by the owner. Thank you for being so kind and detailed, went back to get my wife’s car cleaned as well. They really care for your feedback.

  Got the ultimate wash. The car was amazingly clean BUT the one thing I’m struggling to understand and return is the tire shine applied in the wash.

  I hope the people are aware that when a car drives off it splatters on the side of the car, the cashier mentioned this will happen but I didn’t think it would be this bad, and asked if I wanted to pay the additional fee for hand applied.

  As much as I understand, they should work on a system so that a car can chose the standard option and be okay with it without being up charged because they don’t want the splatter.

  I had a very, surprisingly wonderful experience! I just moved to the area and I was referred by my partner to Wash fair and Steve was so interested and hands on working with everyone else and staying in touch with us via text when my vehicle is ready. Upon my return to pick it up, he pointed out a couple of spots that I knew could not come out, and I decided to go ahead and have him clay bar and wax the exterior of my vehicle and I was absolutely surprised and grateful when we came back to pick it up he went ahead and removed all the scratches that he could. My car looked amazing. The price is absolutely fair. This will be my go to place from now on!

  Very clean place to wash your car. You get a choice of self serve car wash or an automated full exterior wash. Prices are very reasonable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are open 24 hrs / 7 days. The wait time is very short and you drive away with your looking shiny and clean. A cool feature in the self serve bays, they air dryers for your car.
