First off, the service: SUPER SLOW. I noticed the guy handling my car moving slower than a turtle. But I thought, fine, maybe he’s just being extra detailed. Nope! Had to argue with the manager to get this lazy so-and-so to haul his a** to do the service I paid for! Manager even had the audacity to tell me that they couldn’t wax my car anymore and that they weren’t responsible if it damaged my car. Are you serious??? They hardly put any wax on my car to begin with and you’re telling me you’re using chemicals that can damage my car? I even paid for all wax services! What do you mean that you can’t provide me what I paid for??? A few heated exchanges later, the manager finally made the sloth worker retouch my car and I had to inspect to make sure he was doing a good job. Seriously? Why even pay you if you’re not going to do your job or provide the service promised? Worst car wash ever, I took both my moms and my car. I got a deluxe wash and a diamond wash. They left water spots everywhere on both cars and did not remove any of the spots off the bumpers. We had to clean it ourselves. I’ve been here before a few times and I have yet to be satisfied with a wash here but this was by far the worst wash I will not be coming.
I paid for the diamond wash and an additional $5 for the rims to be cleaned good only to have the rims still dirty, the vacuum inside was simply a terrible job. I do a better job when I clean my own car. I could’ve just washed my car myself if I knew it was still going to be dirty! Very dissatisfied with this service. Honestly feel ripped off. And I still have a tip for a horrible job. Never coming back.
Price was reasonable and they were very friendly. They also did a good job washing the car.
First time here and very disappointed. I usually wash my own car. But this was my own Mother’s Day gift to myself so could relax. After getting the car back I went straight to the quarter wash to finish cleaning it. After paying $55 plus tip. The job was very rushed and not detailed at all. Very disappointed, don’t recommend it and won’t be going back. Their tire place was good and they recommended the wash. I regret it I’m $60 bucks short and still has to finish cleaning it myself.
OMG $30 for Basic Wash what a ripoff. I get a better car wash at Costco for $7.99 There was still Dust all on my Dashboard. They didn’t even wipe it down???
