I paid for a blowout service and detail. Usually this takes about 45 minutes, today, clearly they just took my money and gave me a regular wash and dry. After reclining the seats, in which they did NOT vacuum, I see this area wasn’t even touched, so had to go back and have the seats vacuumed again. Today the car wasn’t blown out, nor was the interior properly cleaned or detailed. I just left saying, lesson learned.
I asked the young man in charge outside, why wasn’t my car in the back where in the past it was blown out, he said, sometimes it’s done in the front when the back has to close down. This will be the last time I bring my cars here for sure!! If you use this service, inspect your car before you leave. Today it was an easy right hand turn and I really needed a car wash for the weekend. I bought the $3995 special which I guess included some kind of hand applied wax and a deluxe interior exterior.The entire wash took about 20 minutes, and you could tell it only took about 20 minutes. I spent about a half an hour re-cleaning the interior… Stupid things like a cup holders and the arm rests were missed.
I have no idea if they do the actual wax or not, looks like a few other reviews weren’t certain either.
The bottom line is I will go back to the pump and go at Oakland Park and Dixie highway, to get a better car wash for less money! Those guys are terrific!
By Brad Tucker (in the last week)ZERO STARS!!!Today is the last time I will ever come here. I paid $18.99 for a car wash, where they were supposed to vacuum, do the windows and dry off the car. It didn’t happen within the 17 minutes I was there waiting.
I was greeted, selected the most inexpensive wash that came with vacuuming, windows, etc. (wheel cleaner and tire shine not included at that price!) By the time I was done paying, my car was pulled out to the farthest lane, and just sat there with the door open. An attendant started wiping down the car behind mine and it was obvious this place is understaffed. I walked out to my car, past several employees, took the vacuum and did it myself, then left. No one asked for my receipt, and the keys were in the center cup holder so I left. I suppose anyone could’ve taken my car.
Their prices are ridiculously high and their service is lousy. But it’s the east side of Ft. Lauderdale where there’s a lot of people with money and time to wait 30 minutes for their car to be washed.

This time I told three of the guys that worked on my car that I needed Coca-Cola cleaned from my trunk that a can exploded. I even pointed to one of the guys at the last station where they do the interior where it needed to be cleaned. I thought he did the work so I gave him a very nice tip, but when I got home I realized there was still Coca-Cola all on the right side of my trunk. I’m very disappointed at least with this person who “cleaned” my car because sparkling image has always done a good job for my car. I ended up just cleaning the Coca-Cola myself.Edit: I should also mention that I have an SUV and rubber mats in my trunk. The dirt was only on the mats and on the plastic lining of the trunk. No dirt was on any carpet that required any special cleaning

I like that I can wash my car everyday if I want. for a monthly fee Ther are towels and liquid glass cleaners, air and vacuum. For those who want to give that added buff and spray on their tire shine and any extra personal stuff they may have you just have to park and sparkle Away.

Car Damaged | Horrible Customer Service
I pulled into the first parking spot (with vacuums) on the righthand side of the lot. The car stop had a bolt sticking out of the top, and the parking spot also had a small pothole in front of the car stop. Because of that, the underside of my car got caught on the bolt, breaking my bumper and pulling off a part of my front side panel.
The response from the manager was pathetic – no apology, no offer for resolution, no commitment to fix the parking spot so it doesn’t happen again. The manager just stared blankly at me, said it was “driver error,” and that there was nothing he could do.
The owners should expect litigation if they’re not willing to pay for the repairs to my car and pay to fix the parking spot so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Warning ⚠️ & Beware!! Noticed lined scratches all over my hood. They were not there before the 4 times I went through the wash. I now have to ask a body shop how much its going to cost to fix the scratches. If you don’t care about your car, go ahead and use them. If you care about your car, STAY CLEAR! Very disappointing. Stopping my membership immediately.
