Been here before several times and had gotten the $8 basic one. Comes out good nothing special but gets cleaned well. Decided to do the $16 that had added stuff and man oh man the tire shine was no where near on point only 1 of 4 got coated all around the others look like had a child do them 🤦♂️. Jonathan didn’t just run the scrubber over the windshield my car. He took his time and even after I began to go through he was still trying to get the dirt off the back of my car. I like taking my car here to get it cleaned. Even though they always miss cleaning some spots inside my car. Today, I decided to rate them with two stars because of Tonya Bird’s attitude. I feel like all customers should be treated friendly regardless if you have a membership or not. I personally have one but when I asked her to check on a discount all she had to say was no without a rude attitude. My mats were thrown all over, at least 50% of the car didn’t get cleaned or dusted, they put so much wheel shine on my tires, that it splattered all over the sides, hood and windshield. When I showed the work to a guy there he offered to get me a rag to wipe my own dash. I showed the manager, which was very nice and courteous, and he had my car rewashed and wiped down. This has happened way too many times, and I’m not going to waste my time and money going there again. I was one of 3 cars there, and we had left the car for 30-40 minutes to be cleaned. Yet, they couldn’t clean it correctly the first time. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be finished the second time. I politely asked them to touch up the items not done and they grudgingly abliged. But said they didn’t do things they originally said they would in the beginning of the sales pitch. Pretty disappointed.
While waiting they’re was a gentleman there that saw they did a poor job and he said he comes here monthly with their membership and says they do a crumby job. I payed for their highest package and expected for it to be cleaned nice from the outside and inside. The inside looks barely touched like they just sprayed scent and just wiped it and could not even do that, if I could leave zero reviews I would.
I have gone to this car wash for years! It has changed names through the years, but always great service! My husband and I both have the monthly membership so we can go whenever we want! I highly recommend Trademark Car Wash.
I just literally left this place now. I paid $35 for interior wipe down, vacuum my carpets, clean my windows, wax the outside, clean the outside, have a fragrance added to the car, and etc…as you can see in the photos I just took my car wasn’t cared for accordingly to what I purchased! I am a very unhappy customer, and I am not one to write bad reviews but this place just got me for my money sadly 😞 I provided proof of my purchase along with the date and time so y’all can see my facts!

The guy that was helping me pick a car wash was really nice, and I told him if they could do a wipe down of the car inside, and he said no problem

THE WORST WORST !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IT FOR ANYTHING, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLES IN THE HANDS OF THEM. I brought my vehicle to this place to get a detailed cleaning inside and out and I don’t know what they did but they broke the front passenger airbag sensor and now they don’t want to take responsibility for what they damaged and Not to mention the supposed manager , rude, unethical, unprofessional manager, to be honest, he doesn’t know how to treat customers when I told him what his employees did, he ignored me and he didn’t care what they did to my car . I can’t believe that he told me to leave otherwise he would call the police. My vehicle enter at your car wash in perfect condition and came out with a broken sensor and unfortunately it is a very expensive sensor.
