  The car wash did a really great job removing the bugs everywhere in our car. The only thing I don’t like is the pay station was not responding much and the dryers did not dry really well. But overall really great 4.5. 🙂

  It was fine. The water did have an odor to it. Not all of the bays take credit cards so you need to look before pulling in. They do have an air station for you tires.

  The vacuums also have deodorizers and shampoo stations.

  I’ve been to my fair share of car washes, from automatic to self-serve and none of them had a feature that I loved about this place: A Air Dryer!

  Easy to find, right off the road and with a nice large sign. Clean stalls and vacuum island. Water pressure was average (could be a bit stronger) and available modes was great. After a quick wash, the air dryer came in super handy! With the HOT Texas heat, if you leave that water to dry by the sun, you’ll be a owner of amazing water spots! But with the air dryer, you can dry off areas like the hood and front bumper and in the tight spots, like lugnut openings in the wheels, door jambs, trunk jams, side mirros, etc. Sure you can’t dry it completely but thats not the point.

  Pull up the the vacuum islands to do a manual dry with my favorite media. Easy peasy!

  So this place gets my 5-stars and will have to make it a point to visit it everytime I’m in the area. Jope you enjoy the photos.

  Love the site but very upset that I had credits left in their app. Had a problem with the wifi for a while and they took my payment but I was never able to use it bc of the wifi issue.i attempted to reach the company several times to no avail. 😐😐😐

  If you want a very mediocre carwash that is extremely overpriced with poor customer service, Top Shine is the place for you!

  I sent an employee to get my father-in-law’s vehicle washed. I borrowed it for two weeks and, although it was in pristine condition when I received it, I wanted to return it better than I found it. My employee is new to the area and chose Top Shine. She explained she wanted the interior of the vehicle washed and the outside cleaned. Mike agreed and never mentioned any additional services and never gave her a quote. She expected from common knowledge and experience that a service like that typically runs $250 max.

  He charged her $831 dollars.

  When I called to ask about it the owner admitted he did not give her a quote or explain any additional services he planned to do but completely stood by his price telling me the vehicle is large and he “uses chemicals and not just water” all the while interrupting me and repeating himself constantly.

  The vehicle is the smallest model Denali. He told me there were ants in it… I have literally never seen a single ant in that car and the interior is beige. The service looked the same, if not slightly poorer quality than the free interior/exterior wash I get at the dealership when I go in for an oil change.

  I have taken my vehicles all over Texas to get detailed and never have I had such an outrageously priced detail, not to mention, such an unprofessional and negative experience with a business owner.

  I was totally scammed by top shine. I was charged over $800 for what I thought was a detailed car wash and carpet shampoo. Mike told me that he would talk to “the boss” and try to get me a refund of part of the outrageous charge. Multiple calls and visits to the business have not gotten me anywhere, Mike always has an excuse. If you read his responses to other dissatisfied customers, you can see he doesn’t care about keeping customers. I would never recommend Top Shine to anyone.

  The guys did a great detailing job on the pick-up truck.

  They hand washed the truck, dried it, waxed it, tire shined it, did dash, windows, and interiors all under 30 minutes and in a hot day!

  Car was nearly perfect, I was 100% satisfied and believe it was well worth the price I paid. $350 got me a bumper to bumper detail, including the engine bay. The only thing missing was a cleaning of the rearview mirror, but in my experience, it’s always been missed at every car wash I’ve been to.

  I’m from 2 hours away, and would have no problems driving that distance to have it done again.
