Came in to get my car washed through the automatic one. Next bay card reader wouldn’t read my card. Tried two different cards. And then moved bays again, and still would not read.
Then I tried a 20 dollar bill, in two different bays also. I even tried a different 20 dollar bill.. they kept spitting them back out.
Finally found success on the token machine with my $20, but the fact it spits out tokens, not quarters kinda sucks because if you don’t end up needing them all, you’re stuck with tokens that are useless anywhere else.
Put $20 worth in tokens in the furthest bay west, and found out it leaks pre-soak from the overhead fitting. So I got to enjoy having neon green cleaner falling all over me from above.. lucky it didn’t get in my eyes.
I was able to get the job done, but the experience was quite frustrating.

The people are attentive but this is my third oil change and third time something has been screwed up. I had them replace both windshield wipers. They did the drivers side only I paid for both. Didn’t notice this until two days later when my I noticed my broken old one was still on the passenger side.
This review is for the car wash. I have to say this was one of the most disappointing car wash/detailing experiences I’ve had. The staff was very friendly so two stars for that. I brought my car in vs cleaning myself bc there was a ton of dog hair, sand, and randomness from me traveling. It was way more expensive than I’ve paid at other full service car washes but I was like, oh well it’ll be worth it. 75.00 to detail the inside. It took about an hour maybe a little more. And when I got in I realized my floor mats were missing so I went back and they had them and helped me put them back in, no big deal. But then I’m noticing that there’s still a ton of stuff under the drivers seat. I can understand still having some dog hair, but this was just like they just missed the whole area. The dash/radio had a film over all of the shiny stuff, and there was still dust in the vent slats. I even tipped 20.00 when he handed me they keys before I saw the interior, definitely wanted to ask for that back afterwards. :-/ I can rationalize splurging that kind of money if the quality was good but, I definitely can’t recommend and won’t be back.
This was our car AFTER our detail. We got the stain out ourselves after going to Walmart and when I tried calling them to have it made right, nobody answered and their mailbox is full. I will never use them again.
I can’t believe I haven’t wrote a review for this place yet! The level of friendliness and professionalism of their entire oil change team is ALWAYS incredible. I’ve never had a bad experience, have never felt pressured and have never left feeling like I need to go anywhere else for my oil change. I drive across town to visit them every time!

Had my wife stop by this Premier location to get her oil changed on 7/22/23 because I didn’t have time to get to it before we went out of town. Paid $95 for an oil change, whoever performed the work didn’t even reset the maintenance light and they also tried telling my wife her brake lights were out? Not a single bulb was out when she brought the car home. Not sure who she spoke with or dealt with, but all I can say is we will never go back to this location ever again. I also never leave bad reviews but this one I wanted to make sure to do so others can go elsewhere and avoid this place.
