Lots of great-smelling suds and blowers that nearly blow the paint off along with the window wiper blades…lol and when you reach the end of the colorful ride your met with happy but hot looking employee’s. Recently, the “clean cloth” baskets have been empty. Are you under new management? Poor customer service will soon lead to fewer customers, especially with several new car washes opening in the area. The lack of communication from the mechanic, coupled with their outrageous prices, has left me feeling dissatisfied. I would strongly advise anyone seeking automotive services to avoid this establishment at all costs.
I do feel the need to mention that I encountered an issue with the pricing of the windshield wiper blade replacement. When I inquired about getting my wiper blades changed, I was quoted a price of $55, which seemed rather steep. Curious, I decided to explore other options and discovered that another place charged only $7 for the same service.
While I understand that prices can vary between establishments, the significant difference in cost for a simple wiper blade replacement raised concerns for me.
Kwik Kar Lube’s failure to provide effective communication, fair pricing, and quality service is simply unacceptable. It is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Save yourself the headache and frustration by taking your business elsewhere.
If you’re looking for a place to get your car detailed, go elsewhere. We paid for a full detail on my car and shame on me for not taking a hard look at everything before leaving. When I got home there was still dirt all over the paneling. I knew some stuff wouldn’t come out but I took most of the spots off myself with a Clorox wipe. That tells me they just didn’t care. And it wasn’t one spot, it was a lot. So now I’m thinking there are spots on the seats that probably can come out, they just didn’t try. Very disappointing.
Derick was fabulous. Explained everything with a car detail, they cleaned my carpets and I couldn’t be happier. The service manager followed up and made sure everything was good. I will be taking all 3 of my vehicles here.
I love this place. Everyone here is so friendly and very helpful. I come to get my car inspection but they are just finished with the last customer. Tammi feels bad for me because I work far away and try to make it on time so she takes me in. I have been using their service since I moved here around 2 years ago. I recommend this place because everyone here is friendly and nice!
Popped in this morning for an oil change and was so happy to see not only that Johnny was back but also now the manager! His customers always feel valued and taken care of fully. I’ve been coming here for several years and am so happy to be a kwik Kat customer!
