I am a member and I have strictly ONLY used this car wash since I bought my car brand new. I have noticed some consistent scratching. I didn’t know where it was coming from. They have a brush that cleans the rocker panels. I now realize that the car wash is destroying my paint. It is far too abrasive. The rest of the car looks fine. I will post a picture of the brush causing the damage. I hope the owner reaches out to see the damage on my car. They need to remove that brush ASAP. The scratches run from halfway down my door to the rocker panels. Maybe about a foot and a half all the way down the side of the car. We got the $9.99 introductory car wash to see if we wanted to start taking the new car here. I wouldn’t recommend it. The car was does a mediocre job cleaning and be prepared to wipe down your entire car with a rag because the air dryer literally does nothing. It’s strange how this place consistently has a line of cars when the wash does hardly anything to clean your car. You will have little luck on a busy day getting a spot to vacuum your car out. Well, I got the “ultimate” car wash and really the issue I have is the vacuuming, it looked rushed and not done well at all. I know it’s a busy place but, the carpets were heavily wet, there was still dirt where the seats meet the carpet and in the back where you can lift the seats up, wasn’t even touched. There looked to be a guy going around making sure the quality was there but, maybe someone should double check?l that as well? The back wasn’t even vacuumed. There is some dog hair I get it’s extra to pay but, the back just had stuff to easily vacuum.
Fast service . Love the prices , hand dry . I have been coming to this car wash for two years. Best place known. Car washers are very hard workers. Thank you wash and lube.
Got my oil changed…super fast, (got to stay in my car) great price and obviously, great worker’s doing the job.
