Overcharging for the vacuums after you already buy even the best car wash. So lame, my bad for assuming the chain would be good in The Sound. Brown Bear sucks wherever you go, and don’t let their claim of preventing congestion seem reasonable, if you leave WA there are many chain car washes that include free vacuums, it’s part of the service!
Edit: I found a much better car wash with vacuums that are superior to and comparable in price at Airport Touchless Car Wash, here the vacuums even have carpet cleaning/shampoo service options!

By Elisha Kassell (3 weeks ago)I have a few reasons for giving only 1 star for this business. 1) A couple years ago, I took my suv (Mercedes) here. Before I could put the side mirrors in, they pushed on them so hard they almost broke. No apology from them. 2) At a different location, I ran my same suv through and their machines not only ripped off my front license plate, but ripped off the mounting bracket too. It was very difficult and expensive to replace. Again, no apologies or attempts to make it right. 3) Today, I went through a different location for a quick wash as I injured my foot and am in a walking boot. I had a coupon for a free basic wash from a repair shop that I just received about a month ago. After giving them the coupon, I was ready to enter the wash when 2 people came out to tell me they wouldn’t accept the coupon as it’s expired. I explained I just got it, but they didn’t care. I was told I had to get out of the line. Really? It’s for a basic wash. The auto repair place buys these coupons in bulk to give out to their clients and you won’t accept them? I very rarely take my vehicles through a car wash as I usually hand wash my cars. The percentage of terrible experiences from them is pretty high at this point. On January 6 I had my vehicle detailed with the #3 (supreme) that is the best offering. The exterior was covered in wax that wasn’t buffed out all around the vehicle. It was raining upon pickup, so I couldn’t tell until the rain stopped. There were numerous places around the interior that were clearly not even wiped down like this window trim and under the headrests. I was also surprised to find that the rain-x type window treatment was not included in the package price, nor was leather conditioner. For the top tier package, I would expect these to be included. I know Classy Chassis is cheaper than other shops, so I wasn’t expecting it to like detailing a high end sports car, but I’m disappointed that this was the work received.
Multiple items missing from vehicle after detailed. Was not up to par the first time I was told it was done. They kept it for another 2 hours still dirt in spots and wax left in multiple areas. Windows are filthy and smeared. Read the reviews on this place. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and they lost my business after an AirTag and straps from my vehicle were stolen. Police report filed and will never give them my business again. Sticky fingers and poor quality. If I could give negative stars I would.
Update: After speaking with the company president I was given some stolen goods back and money towards the other items but all I heard in the conversation was excuses for the workers. Such as he was tired, he had a bad day, he doesn’t know how to read. All these excuses are irrelevant to the fact that there is theft at this business. I appreciate some funds back but the hassle and poor customer service will guarantee that I never return. CLASSY CHASSIS EMPLOYS THIEVES!
Super conveniently located and priced car wash/detailing place. Not only did they have vacuum and a car wash but they have like a detailing option where you can have them clean your car for you for a really reasonable price. Also, the staff was just really great. They also have a dog wash and a coffee stand. My only complaint is that the vacuums really don’t last long.
I paid over $200 for a professional full interior detailing that includes an outside wash. I was quoted it would take 4-5 hours. I got my vehicle back after only a couple of hours. Outside, there were water spots all over it and the rear window wasn’t clean. Inside, where I wanted the most attention, was still dirty. The doors were completely ignored and as dirty as when I brought it in. The door jambs were only partly done. I could see that vacuuming was attempted, but not the shampooing that was promised and paid for. I have zero confidence that everything I paid for was actually completed and 100% confidence that the work actually done was nowhere near worth the cost. I cannot recommend this place after my experience and will not be returning in the future.
I really enjoy visiting Classy Chassis. They have always been very honest about what my car needs. They give me options and never pressure me into buying anything. They are also very quick at servicing my vehicle. I am usually in and out within 10-15 minutes. This includes getting my oil changed, checking tire pressure, checking the deterioration of my wind shield wipers, checking both filters etc. You also get a complimentary car wash too. The employees are always friendly and seem happy to help. Cannot recommend them enough.
