  Took my Jaguar in for a wash and dry this Sunday morning – car was cleaned fine and only had to wait 5 minutes, but could tell they were rushing during drying the cars.

  Operator used a plastic squeegee and we clearly rushing – has left surface scratches all over the car which will require polishing to fix.

  Don’t waste your money, take it somewhere where they care enough to take their time and do it properly with a drying towel. I’d rather wait another 10 minutes and not have £££‘s of damage done to my paintwork.

  Edit: it won’t let me reply to your response. It was at 10:30am this morning. I’ve no problem with the time the wash took – as I say I’d rather wait and have it done properly. Of course running a silicone/plastic squeegee all over the car is going to scratch it, especially with high gloss paint. I wash my car myself every week and take great care in it – I know when there’s extra scratches and the car now looks like it’s been tackled with a scouring pad! I’m taking the car to a detailer tomorrow to have the repair work quoted.

  Poor service-asked for my car to be washed and dried. The car wasn’t dried properly still wet left streaked marks on my car with there soaking wets cloths. When asked to be dried correctly they was confrontational and wasn’t happy. If you pay for a service then the service needs should be met. This review has been left on every review/feedback site so this can’t be removed. Good or bad feedback should be taken constructively. If any other feedback etc needs to he required i am more than happy to comply.

  -seeing as it won’t let me reply to your comment I will re write on here.. I addressed it and came back straight away in the car park if you actually read my review properly you would understand. If you check the cameras you would see what happened. If your paying money for a service that wasn’t substantial then the customer has every right to address the matter straight away and your staff shouldn’t be rude and unprofessional and should resolve the issue. A review is to give feedback to businesses to take on board your issues in your company. Customer Service goes along way and unfortunately your business wasn’t adequate today.

  I don’t normally leave damning reviews. However, after reading some of the other reviews and cocky, poorly written responses, I will.

  Arrived, looked at the prices and decided on platinum clean…£40, bargain. Got greeted, “Yes mate”…I’m not your mate, but fine. Asked for the platinum, the chap has a look in the car, asks if I need the boot done to which I decline….In best Arthur Daley impression, “It’ll be £45″… Going back with, no it’s £40…He replies, “well it’s very dirty”.

  To avoid confusion and my own bias, I took a couple of pics to share with you all of the car. I would argue its not dirty, let alone very dirty. However, if it was, the fact that I had said don’t do the boot should have reverted the price back to the original £40.

  Do they expect you turn up with a clean car? That would make the whole exercise rather pointless if that was the case.

  So, in short…and seeing that other people have had the same experience…there is tendency here to scam you.

  Looking forward to receiving the inevitable cocky, poorly written response.

  Warning – This place does not offer the services advertised.

  Got charged £10 for a below average car wash. They failed to wash off all the soap and remove some of the dirt on my car.

  Board said that the £10 charge would include floor mats being cleaned and other things. When mentioned they said that they were too busy to do it but the price was the same.

  Will not be returning.

  UPDATE: In response to the reply from the owner, I don’t understand your cryptic message. Are you trying to say that you do a bad job because you were busy and are understaffed? At the end of the day, I paid you the price on the board and I expected my car to be cleaned, all the soap washed off and have all the services I paid for. All of these you failed to do, so no I don’t understand.

  Took my car here this morning only wanted the inside cleaned was told 45 mins…. Went back and they haven’t even started it was to busy washing cars that were coming in complete waste of my time!!!

  Respond Yes but I was there before so why not tell them they will have to wait? Do you not have a system in place just pick and choose what other you clean the cars in?!
