Left 2 x 10-12” scratches up the side of the car and random marks all around the car, side skirts still muddy, tyres dirty and random stripes on uncleaned panelsTook the car straight back to be told the scratches go in a different direction to how they dry cars!??? No help with fixing or even a refund at worse. Top job even scratching right through a £900 ceramic protective coating on the car guys good work

The team there do a fantastic job and I have just picked my car up after having a mini valet and I am absolutely delighted with it – a brilliant job has been done and the car looks like new. Would definitely recommend and although there’s a queue sometimes it’s definitely worth the wait because you won’t be disappointed. My usual Hand Car Wash was closed and I decided to try USA Car Wash instead. BIG MISTAKE! They sprayed it with foam and then power washed it off. That was it! They then swiped the water off with a squeegee and gave it a bit of a wipe with a chamois. When he opened the door for payment I nearly died when he asked for £10. The car isn’t half washed and they didn’t even dry the sills. If I could give zero stars I would! I will only ever use my usual Hand Car Wash in future – Rathgael Road, where they take pride in their work and the staff are lovely.
Friendly staff, they do a great job and mini valet is good value.
Ì presented my car with extreme dog hair in the ɓoot and the result was fabulous.
