2 months agoWe came in this morning with our very dirty Tesla Model 3. We did a tour through the south of England about 1.200 Miles. The Team was great and after some minutes the car inside and outside was perfectly cleaned up. Thank you for your great service and wishing you all the best!3 months agoThese guys are tireless in their work. Reasonably priced for what you get in comparison to a top supermarket car wash. I had a mini valet done this afternoon and the car was like it had been professionally valeted for the day but it took 20 minutes in total. Will be using them regularly for my car cleaning needs3 years agoScratched all of my wheels which were spotless before hand, they are accepting no responsibility even when i saw them do it! Apparently anything that happens even if it is an accident they wont do anything about. If you want to go to a place which will damage your wheels come on here.Pictures attached

a year agoAbsolutely shocking car still dirty inside would of gave 0 stars if I could of bit of dirt every were still I ask them to clean it they made up loads of excuses why it was still dirty I ask for my money back they refuse apsolutely worse place I’ve ever been stay away!!! There rude as anything a can’t do a basic job probley they just want the money got some pics at bottom but loads worse none of windows have been cleaned either!!

The employee was very rude and not helpful at all.
I prepaid for the car wash through the app and showed him the confirmation email I had received. He said that he wanted to see the qr code, which was not in the confirmation email. The person was very impatient and didn’t even tell me where I could find the qr code. The fact that he couldn’t speak any English didn’t help either. After a while I found the code somewhere in the app. I feel that people who deal with customers must be trained the basic manners on how to behave and things as simple as where to find a QR code within their own app. The wash was also not the cleanest but is acceptable for the price. Don’t go with the higher price options, they don’t provide any substantial improvement over the basic wash.
Been here a few times but unfortunatley
both my wing mirrors came out scratched and paintwork damaged after going through the automatic car wash. Brand new car as well. Very annoyed.
CONTRACTS BEFORE CUSTOMERS!
Expect a long wait… they always put through other empty cars from local garages ahead of paying customers waiting in the queue.
They pay a lot more attention when jet washing the contract cars too so always a very long wait!

I normally don’t write reviews and just don’t go back to places that I think provide me bad service. However, I used this car wash today and the employee was beyond rude. He mistook one of my car features for a handbrake and literally started shouting at me demanding to release the handbrake. He first knocked on my car to ask me to leave my car in neutral and when he couldn’t understand in English that it wasn’t a handbrake he was looking at he started knocking on my car so badly my car started to rock. He then asked his English speaking colleague for help while acting aggressively towards me just to be explained he was wrong. I mentioned this to his colleague but he was busy talking on his phone. The service was standard. The roof looks like it wasn’t cleaned and I am guessing the employee forgot about it when he got this bizarrely angry. I won’t come back.
IMO have put their prices up with basic car wash starting from £4.50 which is absolute rip off.
