in the last weekI took my car to this mechanic if I could call them like that, I took the car for a charging system test, (battery gets drained after two or three days) and to repair the dashboard, neither were fixed. The answer was the battery was ok, which I replied that I knew that because I fitted a new one a week before and I kept it disconnected to avoid a flat battery. The dashboard was let’s say put together better than it was but as you can see on the pictures one side panel was left loose, is appalling to see such a disregard and unprofessional way of conduct themselves and also I told them about a relay that was getting hot, they left the relay untouched so all in all a very bad experience and I am giving one star just because it seems they washed the car. All in all a £180 it does not seem too expensive but to consider nothing was done or halfway done is appalling. I have been taking my Defender and Range Rover here for years and years and I can’t fault the team.
Always do an amazing job both inside and out and prices are displayed as you drive through.

TOTAL CROOKS!!!! Charged me for LARGE CAR I have a two door bmwi3 smaller than a Golf which is classified as small… Very basic wash and dry and inside seats were left wet. Shame as I was hoping to be a regular new client… RIP off Merchants
I’m they old customer but they start to annoy me not cleaning the car and when they are busy they don’t even care to clean the car and asking for the money to get you kick out .
It feels like they doing you a favour but no I’m paying you for it. So I need the car clean I ain’t paying for visiting I need the car clean.
They are very rude not friendly at all they just pretending to be a friendly and they do not clean the car and all the time they drunk and drinking beer and alcohol they very toxic people only care about the money they do not care about the customer.

Went and asked for a regular wash (£17), as this was all I brought cash for. At the end the guy charged me 40% more than advertised as he “decided” my car needed a super wash and an extra fee because of how dirty it was. I’ll admit my car was very dirty, but if they’d said they’d need me to pay extra I would have said don’t bother as I can’t pay for it. He was then annoyed I didn’t have enough cash for that and told me off for not coming more? I would come more if it wasn’t such a rip off. It was not how anyone should speak to a customer. Honestly think part of it was because it was all guys wanting to intimidate a young woman into paying extra. Won’t be back.
This is the second time I went to them for their servuces. This time I paid extra money for the glue to be taken off. Once I got home I realised they didn’t hoover the I side even though they took money for it and yet they moaned about taking the glue off even though I paid extra.
