If I could give a zero I would! I went to the Grove St location. Vacuum out my vehicle cleaned the interior then went through the automated car wash.. I come out to see my windshield cracked! Huge crack! On the passenger side halfway through The windshield! I have left messages. This is the 2nd day no one has gotten back to me or called me. I left messages, nothing.!!!!

This people close early all the times. It’s supposed to close at 8pm. Right now is 6:04 and is close. Definitely moving to another car wash
I used the self serve washing bay and swiped my card and apparently 15 minutes costs about $50 here. Wish there was a price/minute sign somewhere because had I known I’d pay that much I would’ve gone to my usual spot that’s automatic, is only $15, doesn’t leave the water spots on the car and actually has a dryer for when I pull out of the bay.
The vacuums barely picked anything up off of my carpets either. That was another $5.
So in total I paid $55 to use shotty equipment at a chain car wash. Don’t even waste your time/money here.
Went through the car wash twice and still the soap was all over the back of the car. Kept collecting more soap that eventually I had to wash off at home. Never happened before. Would rather do a self wash next time.
Vacuums are either broken or don’t have good suction. I’ve used better vacuums at gas stations. And I’ve noticed scratches that were not on my car before now are showing up from going to this car wash.I’ve tried to file a claim with ScrubaDub and was quickly denied.
I brought my car to my local body shop which has been in business for years and they said the scratches were caused by a car wash. Some of the employees have bad attitudes they don’t even spray your car down before it goes in.
Just not thrilled with the service.
I will be canceling the subscription.
They charged me 10$ for vacuum. Be careful and don’t care about their 2$ offer.
