She was extremely friendly and professional and apologized for the wait. Everywhere is short handed right now so it’s understandable but it is really nice to see a lead jump in to help out first hand. Was even thinking about buying a futon for my office. That would have been an additional $200. I started in the health and beauty & had to get them to unlock a cabinet to get a $7 item. She asked, if I was done shopping, because she had to walk me and that $7 product directly to a register. I said. Just keep the $#!+ and I left. Was a bigger supercenter than many others I have been to in the past, and I have been to many. This store was sectioned off more so than most these days, which cam be good and bad. I thought the produce section was pretty decent and overall had a good variety. The stock was pretty full considering it was a day after memorial day. I thought it was pretty clean and organized, especially for being an older store. I will be back and get a few things I can’t get at my local store.
Okay. I said to my self yesterday after what I experienced, I’m going to sleep on it before I share what happened. I dont do any reviews while I’m angry because it can cloud my judgment. Well I was treated in a very strong hateful way I’m my opinion and that’s feel discriminated strongly. Very disappointing because that it’s one of my regular Walmarts. Well I always shop and look at clearance deals. I was by the Garden /lawn Equipment and back on a shelf they had a few weedeaters brands on clearance. What caught my eye was a Hart hybrid 20v battery and extension cord string trimmer/edger with battery and charger kit for 33.00 dollars. I was like great, mother in law and her mom need one and I’ll get one. My brother in law was with me fyi. I get to the self checkout and it was ringing up to 70 give or take, I told the cashier in the area it was on clearance for 33. Another employee walk by and was filled in. First thing was Nope that’s not right , I replied I can go get the sticker, she said no its wrong mean while the original Walmart employee walked to customer service and I told my brother inlaw I’m going to go get the sticker there isn’t anymore. I came back with it and she said you are not getting any these. the other employee said you can wait till I get a answer. They called the employee who’s department that was and the rude empleye said only one box has the clearance sticker , so they decided I can just get the one with the yellow sticker. Even though everything checked out. So I told my brother in law di the flip the other boxes around? We flipped them and there it was. I told her they all have the sticker and it was put on clearance from 2021. She took the other 2 out my cart and said ” I said you can only get one . I said mam but you just said if the sticker was there I could. She said you are not getting three and walked away. Note that wa not even her department . Hope manager reads this and this doesn’t happen to THEM

0/10 definitely DO NOT recommend. Horrible service including this one worker that wouldn’t allow me to have my small service dog be in peace at the store even when I had her service dog badge out while, many other workers was perfectly fine with it. Yet this one worker she allowed a whole different dog to be in peace at the store, The sign says SERVICE DOGS ARE WELCOME!!
First time in a long time I had been to this Walmart and I was pleasantly surprised. The store was neat and clean. No pallets in the walkway. Most shelves were stocked and there were more floor members for assistance. Besides the self checkout, there were multiple lines open. The cashiers were mostly under alcohol selling age so there was a short wait for a manager to complete the transaction. This was an overall good visit.
