- Reviews:I go in this Walmart almost every day. I live close enough that sometimes I walk there. It is usually well stocked and the employees are very nice. The one thing I can’t deal with is the extremely long lines. In the photo, I had been in that line for 19 minutes before I took the pic and there are still 7 people in front of me. In the other pic is the constant line at the self checkout. From the time I walked up to checkout till the time I walked out was 39 minutes. It’s like this all the time. It was bad. It just keeps getting worse. From employees that couldnt care less to a general “over promise, under deliver” environment, and now treating a third of their departments like extended storage…
This place needs upper management to get serious.
Great selection of merchandise, friendly associates, well-stocked, neat store
I had visited a few times after work (a few minutes after 5pm) to return some items. No one was ever at customer service/the lights weren’t on in that section. When I finally was able to get to another store across town it was too late to get my refund – I had missed the return window.
I was okay at checking myself out. Found all the items I needed by myself. Lots of staff standing around having long drawn out conversations with each other. Most of the plants were dead, but still being sold for $10. The most important thing is to make sure those who ordered online are taken care of first, not those physically getting out of their vehicles and shopping for themselves.
The lady Ivonne of online pickup is hateful, rude, doesn’t care and is mentally abusive to her employees and violates multiple ethics violations. I’m just gonna call headquarters on the hateful woman. The lady Evon will be the reason that store closes. She’s friends with the store manager and that manager don’t care either. Sad. They both should be fired. I’ve seen enough employees be mentally abused that I have to say something. They both should be fired. If the store manager allows her friendly online pickup manager to mentally abused her staff. They’ll be a lawsuit once they hire the right person. They may have already.
