There isn’t any easier job than unscrewing a drain plug. They said I should have come in sooner to complain about my drain plug they messed up. My head doesn’t go under my car that way. It’s like they are inexperienced little kids working there. If you think you are getting a good deal…ask to speak with the person who will be working on your vehicle first. I called the store6 and no one answered. I called customer service and they said the order would be here by 10 pm. It didn’t arrive. I called again. They said it would be delivered first thing in the morning. It wasn’t. I drove down and talked to Mary. She said they don’t express orders and it’s through a 3rd party and to call customer service. She didn’t care about it at all. I called customer care and they said that the groceries will be delivered in 4 hours and gave me a$15off coupon. I waited for the order. I didn’t receive it. I called the store and they said that they don’t have my order. To call customer care. I call customer care and asked to speak with the ladies boys. She hung up on me. So I called back and still didn’t get anywhere with customer care. So no food until the refund hit my card. Happy Easter Wal-Mart. You did a horrible job! But.. when it’s Sunday and you require a new tire you don’t have many options. They absolutely are still terrible. First, as I am speaking to a tech another comes running up, cuts me off, and literally says cool story bro. You need to move. I will be having a mad customer coming soon and you will be after them. They then tried to discourage me from buying a tire from them because they didn’t want to do the workout putting it on. I then tried to call and talk to a manager and was on hold just to be hung up on. This must be the worst Walmart ever… I was trying to get help to buy a spray paint… A freaking spray paint and I’ve asked multiple Walmart personnel to assist me with it and I even used the press button to ask for help but no one is showing up. One lady said I can call someone for you… The other one said it’s not my department… the other said I’m not on the clock right now! I waited for 30 minutes and still no one is showing up. Come on Walmart, you can do better than this. Every time I saw a sales person walking towards me they will end up going to the other directions… It seems like they are avoiding and they’re not willing to help their customers.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went to return two things it should have been a quick return but the girl who was helping me messed it up lol. Like girl how dumb can you be. And she called another lady who came to help she didn’t know what she was doing and when i asked her to explain what she just did she got mad and was like “here a gift card, I’m going to my lunch “ I was shook. My return total was supposed to be $54 but she hands me $24 gift card . Management at this store needs to do better with their employees !
I was quite shocked to find out you cannot enter this Walmart with backpacks but that may be me.
Store has a lot of variety and frest prices.
It’s a Walmart with a bit rougher edges. You will find that a lot of products are locked behind glass and you will need a staff member to hand them over to you. Staff is nice, but very highly worked. I was hoping to get a shirt but the conveyor belt at the cash register was so dirty that I didn’t want to put it on it — which, apparently, was not cool. Oh well… ?♂️
Pharmacy people are wonderful. Greeters? Not at all. Rude as heck. Can’t expect much I guess but dang. If my pharmacy wasn’t here, I wouldn’t go here at all for anything. I do like the chicken joint though. Pretty good for a quick snack.
