- Reviews:Some of the staff there are very attentive and nice, while others do not care about their job. I have gone there multiple times for various purposes and it just depends on who is present. Sometimes I have gone into the Walmart and asked employees for directions; at the moment they were attentive and customer service driven, while on the other hand some employees just completely disregard an individual and say that they are going to call for assistance as it is not their division. As an enployee I believe that versatility is key for the experience of the customer. Their product management though, does not deserve a complaint as it is a big store and is kept looking good by many good staff members that the store houses. My best experience has been with customer service and the entrance hostes which have always helped and been tentative. As always my opinion is based on my experience and could be different for everyone, I always appreciate the readers time and hope to have helped out in an indefinite way.By JR. Original. They’ll bring it to you instead. The store is okay at best! There’s never a lack of customers but always a lack of service. Luckily, this visit I didn’t have to find a bathroom attendant to come and clean the bathroom,they were
already present. You’re pretty much forced to use the self check-out stations.
The manager of the facility is on a power trip, and has rude tendencies. You cannot tell a customer to leave simply for having a mutual conversation with an employee. In his own words, “I’ve watched you stand here for 15 minutes, he’s at work you need to leave.” I did not commit a crime or inhibit the employee from doing their task. I do not know his name but I find that his attitude and demeanour was very unprofessional.
Very trustworthy crew of workers. Went to Walmart yesterday evening, my son lost his iPhone 12 pro, someone had brought it to customer service, thank God for honest people. I went to customer service, where it was being charged to make sure it belonged to him. The phone was given back to us with no problem. I then lost my own phone which was also returned to us from customer service. I love this Walmart
So I went to Walmart to get a few things but definitely needed my Parfum but I could not get anyone to help me. First i asked one lady that was working in that area she said push the button so I did still no one came to help so there was another women working tinthe area also still would not help then I went to the pharmacy and they page d someone and still no help mind you I stood there for over 30 mins and no help. Tyallneed to hire people who are friendly and that want to help your customers. I will not bring my business back there again.
This Walmart is fairly busy and there seem to be a decent amount of people working here however, as usual there are not many registers open. Customer service line is slow. Often out of stock on items although it doesn’t show it online, and that’s likely because stuff is stolen or put in the wrong spot. Pick up is usually quick but I have waited over an hour before. And it’s not uncommon to have a missing, damaged or incorrect item.
