The selves are often time found not stocked. They always have strange men following people in the store. No real security for the customers. I am a Spark Driver and waited 45 minutes for them to bring the order to me even though the order was marked as ready on my app. I called customer service, have waited 23 minutes and am STILL waiting to talk to someone. About 7 cars that were also picking up got their order and left while I was still waiting for mine. I asked one of the workers there for help and he said my order had “just popped up” on his system. He told me he would be right back with it. He came back 10 minutes later with the wrong order and said he would be back once he found my order. Unprofessional. Disappointing. Not only are they rude as hell, they will push you to another cashier. Walmart, do you even care about your people anymore. I will cancel my credit card with you. There is no point to go we’re I do not even feel valued or even take care of as a customer. What ever happen to Walmart they are so rude I would give you a zero but I can’t
I love shopping here I can get everything I need in one store. Sometimes you can catch some items on sale. Some of the employees aren’t helpful or if you’re in the self checkout they’ll watch you closely. Other than that I like shopping there
When I drove up I seen a lot of police at the door. So I proceeded to go into the Walmart off of 7401 Samuel Blvd Dallas Texas 75228 # 2143192616. And immediately I felt eyes on me. So I went to the game department And started looking at DVDs movies. It was hard to make a decision and with my anxiety condition and uncomfortableness of people following me around the store trying to pose as customers But really work for loss prevention I was very uncomfortable shopping at your store. Everytime I go to this Walmart I experienced the same thing. Then I proceeded to walk to the checkout line In one of the employees was standing behind me as I was checking out didn’t see him till I walked out the door imagine how that feel. He didn’t say thank you for shopping with Walmart or anyting. He just felt like I was going to steal from them. With this uncomfortableness that I’m explaining I’m sure many people go through this at this store. I will never shop at this location 2667 again because of the customer service. Customer’s always first have a good day..
DISGUSTING service. Asked for baby formula and I as I waited for several minutes after pressing the button for assistance , I asked MULTIPLE employees for help and all of them answered with terrible attitude and said they couldn’t help me that they didn’t have the key for that. I went to find the store supervisor and informed her with the situation and she informed that she will help in a second and for me to go to that section and wait for her, the supervisor NEVER ARRIVED. Ive been shopping at different Walmart’s for years and this has been the worst Walmart anyone can imagine , terrible customer service and rude employees and clueless supervisors. If I can give negative stars I would , NEVER RECOMMEND STEP IN THAT STORE.
Half of the employees dont care about you. Since covid, employees feel in power to be rude and disrespectful. Made a complaint about an employee, even escalated the situation to the 1800 # because the employee lied about me to other employees and managers didn’t do anything about it, saying I wouldn’t provide my id to purchase alcohol. Another employee even said to me, “I don’t know why she is still employed because it’s not been the first time she’s done something like this.”
