It’s not run down like a number of Walmarts have gotten in the Bay Area.
Staff is helpful
Always good for the prices. I use Walmart + and don’t even really ever have to bother going there, and when I have a return they send someone to come and pick it up on most items. And I get my money back pretty quick.
Quick in an out ,fast check out most times – not withstanding when some rude customer holds the line back sometimes… best Walmart within 15mi!
Line for customer service ridiculously long. Walmart delivered television that I canceled. TV did not come on time when they said it was gonna to. They delivered the television after I purchasing another tv. Ask them to pick it up they couldn’t give me a set time when they could pick it up. I was expected to sit around all day for delivery with the window of 9 AM to 8 PM. They feel nobody works and can sit around all day and wait FedEx to come and pick up deliveries.
Two hours after the television was delivered I ended up having to return the television directly to the store myself. television had never been opened but employees felt it necessary to open an unopened box and verify that the television was actually in the box.
I have a physical disability and the time I went there the store did not have an elect cart for me to use. It took me forever and a day with lots of breaks and sweat to walk that store to get the things I needed. I wasn’t even approached by the employees knowing that I had a walker in my basket. I really dislike going to Walmart because of what I anticipate every single time I needed to visit that store.
