    I am a black man and employees are always very helpful at Walmart. Today two Asian or Filipino looking men helped me to get in and out very fast. One of them walked me to the merchandise I was looking for. I’m very appreciative of this type of service. And the black woman checking items at the door as you leave the store is always so very courteous and friendly. Thank all of you.

    I went there Sunday and the lights were out and an employee was stating that the store was closed. Unfortunately, this was a holiday – Sunday. A bunch of men were outside yelling, I guess they were disappointed. In Texas, all of the big stores have generators to prevent this sort of thing from happening. Imagine the quantity of food that could go bad when a store loses it’s electricity. I hope it was resolved quickly. I merely shopped elsewhere.

    Worst service ever and dumb manager doesn’t understand that 8 cups is 2 quarts. Looking at me like if I did something. How about just like all you came to check a price you should keep the displays arrange. Very rude didn’t need all those lady’s telling me something when I’m showing you that’s the price that I saw over there. Just like all you came for that you should’ve actually do your job. Now I know how to find help at Walmart.

    Zero stars. One or more employees at this store’s order pickup center is being deceitful. Horrible experience: An $84 order I already paid for was picked up this afternoon by someone else. The item is no longer in stock at any other stores. Customer service called the store to check up on it, and the agent at the store hung up on them. So it seems one of their employees either gave it away without checking proper ID or decided they wanted the item and helped themselves to it.

    Only store at hilltop. If white vans make you nervous don’t go here. Something wired is going on where they sealed off the mall. I’d be unsurprised if it turns out THEY GOT MY BOY IN THE BASEMENT!

    I gotta say, this Walmart is Huge! And I’ve been to a lot of Walmarts. It is 2 stories. Online pickup is upstairs. It doesn’t have the best vibes, and security is on high alert but if you can get over all that, and whatever guilt you may carry by shopping here, you will be rewarded with the lowest prices and probably whatever you were looking for and more. With the economy so bad now and prices so high, it was a big relief for me to find some items that I could afford.

    My family likes to call this place Mall mart. I don’t understand the connection they have to the original hilltop Mall. They cannot keep the escalators running for a whole day. The corridors are tightly packed which doesn’t help that half the people that shop there are really rude. This is my last resort grocery store and toy stop. God bless the employees because they’re trying their hardest to help someone milk this store before it’s inevitable closing.

  1. Always good for the prices. I use Walmart + and don’t even really ever have to bother going there, and when I have a return they send someone to come and pick it up on most items. And I get my money back pretty quick.

  2. Quick in an out ,fast check out most times – not withstanding when some rude customer holds the line back sometimes… best Walmart within 15mi!

  3. Line for customer service ridiculously long. Walmart delivered television that I canceled. TV did not come on time when they said it was gonna to. They delivered the television after I purchasing another tv. Ask them to pick it up they couldn’t give me a set time when they could pick it up. I was expected to sit around all day for delivery with the window of 9 AM to 8 PM. They feel nobody works and can sit around all day and wait FedEx to come and pick up deliveries.

    Two hours after the television was delivered I ended up having to return the television directly to the store myself. television had never been opened but employees felt it necessary to open an unopened box and verify that the television was actually in the box.

  4. I have a physical disability and the time I went there the store did not have an elect cart for me to use. It took me forever and a day with lots of breaks and sweat to walk that store to get the things I needed. I wasn’t even approached by the employees knowing that I had a walker in my basket. I really dislike going to Walmart because of what I anticipate every single time I needed to visit that store.
