Wal-Mart is the best at being the worst. Ya gotta love their consistency. Each location gives the same amount of effort. Zero. This location lost the keys to the fitting room. Can we just cancel them already?!!

This Walmart is always packed I got hit in parking lot while sitting in vehicle. Damaged drivers side . Thank goodness I was in vehicle and followed that person and was able to get thier insurance. Unpaid accident averted.

Walmart’s owners are responsible for financing the political campaigns of many corporate politicians; Politicians who are determined to keep us all poor and dumb. If you don’t understand what I am saying then.. I’m afraid it’s too late for you.

Power outages and expired food. Recently moved to Austin and this is the worst Walmart I have been to in my life. My last visit was Fri. 8/26/22. Below are some various expired items. Even a bag of frozen fruit was expired. Maybe go there for non food items. But don’t grocery shop at this location. Definitely check every expiration date twice.

The curbside pick up team doesn’t even deserve one star. They are used to mark groceries as picked before they even head to your car, and they have been doing that for quite a while. I scheduled a pick up for yesterday at 8pm. I checked in at 7:45pm as soon as I was notified groceries were ready. The weather got pretty bad in a matter of minutes and I got a weather alert that there might be hail. I rushed home, after multiple attempts to reach out to them using the phone posted outside and the main line. Not one soul picked up. As soon as I arrived home, I called the curbside 1-800 line and they promised they would message the store to change the status of the order from picked to ready so I could pick my groceries the next day. Around noon the following day (today) I called the curbside number because the status of the order had not changed. Again no one answered and the voicemail was still full. I was able to reach out to curbside through the main line this time. The employee that took the call indicated that they never got any message about my groceries, but that they were there and that I could pick them up later. I told him that I was sending my husband but that he doesn’t have the app and no one picks up the curbside number and the VM is full. The employee promised to clear the curbside phone from messages and ensure staff carries the phone. Guess what? My husband showed up and had to return without the groceries because no one was able to assist him and the groceries staff didn’t have a clue. I tried to call the main line this evening and this time the operator kept trying to get someone from curbside or a manager to assist: no one picked the call and the call kept bouncing back to the operator. If you are a customer do yourself a favor. Stay away from Walmart. I’ve given many chances to this and 7 out of 10 interactions are bad, and the most recent experience always top the previous one. One time they left all of my frozen items behind. There is bad, there is worse, there is worst, and there’s Walmart. There are so many substitutions out there. There is HEB, Amazon, Target, you name it. Give your heart a break and stay away from Walmart. I’ll disable my app after deleting my cc information and will go a step further and request the cancellation of my profile. This was the last drop.

Walmart is pretty consistent in the way they have their stores setup. However, you can always tell the best stores by looking at their produce, bakery and deli section, and they were excellent. One thing I’ve noticed is that they start charging for plastic bags. Not much, but it doesn’t really fit the Walmart brand. I know it might be to encourage people to bring reusable bags, but it really doesn’t work that way for busy individuals. If it’s for the sake of climate, they can be more creative. I mean I can think of couple of ideas of the top of my head. I’m sure they can too.

Walmart has comparatively low price among other stores I visited here. Produce freshness is good. Great Value products seems economical and having good quality. Self checkout is good but most of the time the assisted checkout should be closed which might be difficult for customers.

If I can give zero stars I would! They have a horrible shift lead I believe his name is Travis. I stopped one of the workers because I was looking for something and I’m from out of state and didn’t know where anything was. He stood towards us and complained to the worker that he was having a conversation and not working. When I was asking for help. I felt so sorry for that worker I didn’t even such his name. I can that Travis man runs off a lot of workers

I was shopping today using the self checkout, and an employee who was hanging out around the area, pressed 5 starts on the survey when I was checking out and swiping my card. I found it completely invasive and wrong. It seems like allot of the employees are young and childish, and hang around the front end goofing off. This store feels unwelcoming and dirty. Higher up needs to actually look into this store and fire allot of people.

  1. Ya see I don’t mind being a Walmart shopper rather than Target. Targets a little too expensive and uptight while I can go to Walmart and get something like lucky charms pancake mix. Plus I get to be one of the best looking guys that walk through the door. That to me makes the trip well worth it. Jk . I’m just a multi generation Walmart shopper like my parents and grandparents.

  2. It’s 10:52pm on Wednesday night, I am sitting in the parking lot after being told that the store stops letting people inside at 10:50pm, which was the exact time I showed up at the door. I realized about 20 minutes ago that I needed a cable for my network that I am setting up. Wal-Mart is a few minutes away and so I jumped in the car and drove straight here. Both of the main doors to the store are barricaded from the inside with shopping ? carts. I’m sorry, but I’m sure that’s against Austin City Code, trust me I plan to look it up once back home. I realize that everyone is tired and they want to go home and I’m not knocking that at all. That being said, if it is your policy to stop accepting customers in your doors at 10:50 p.m. then please post it on the door, on the website, anywhere it is visible and let the general public know. It’s bad enough that you don’t return to 24 hours to let those of us who work at night actually have a chance to shop, but now you’re cutting us back on your regular daytime hours as well … shame on you Walmart. Don’t worry HEB is still open till 11:00 p.m. straight up … I was there the other night and they were still welcoming customers past 10:50pm until nobody was left in the parking lot and they didn’t rush us out the door.

  3. Large! A really good selection of groceries and goods! The prices are so very acceptable for those goods too! I used the self check out and was very happy with the assistance given and always wait for the receipt for the items purchased! The store was clean, calm, and quiet! I will shop there again sometime in the future.

  4. This store had absolutely no one working as a cashier today. I don’t like the DIY service, especially if I have more than a few items. I consider it very bad service to force customers to work at Walmart.

  5. Good sized Walmart with everything you need. The only issue with this location is the merge back into the frontage road. There are no lights and in rush hour it can be very slow
