It’s a sketchy location. The patrons are just as shady. There’s trash lined in the wash bays. The sprayers are worn out. I have only been here 2x and each time I found myself in a great rush to leave. Very uneasy feeling, like something bad was about to happen. I enjoy coming to this carwash each and everytime ! The staff are very friendly and attentive. Abraham ensured I had everything I needed with a very friendly and positive attitude ! I will definitely recommend to family and friends!
I’ve been coming here for years and loved the service. But recently they have been constantly closed meaning the $32 membership had been useless. The issue for members is that it’s a 20-30 minute drive to other locations. We drive all the way to this locations and have no notice of closure waisting our time and money. I called customer service asking for a month credit to resolve the downtime they had but they would only credit 25%. Now we’re in month 2 and it’s STILL down. So getting that small credit still won’t resolve the issue. It’s very frustrating that we’re paying money for a service we can’t use and they simply can’t credit customers properly.
It’s always fast and easy to come here. The staff check you in quickly, give you a free towel to clean your car a d the vacuums always have good suction. Definitely worth the membership of you wash your car frequently.
I come here every other day! Outstanding service, helpful, and friendly. Thank you to Abraham and Catalina for always greeting me with a smile. Definitely recommend this location.
