I’m super picky about where I take my car, and I’ve had trouble finding a good car wash since I moved to Minnesota. I was really impressed with the service I received at Mister Car Wash. Everyone was extremely professional and attentive.
My only negative (not enough of an issue to take a star away) would be that they could have done a slightly better job getting the bugs off of the windshield and front bumper. Other than that, they did a great job, were very careful, and treated my car really well. They also did a great job with the interior.
The facility itself is very nice, and incredibly clean. I will definitely be back.

Poor customer service on top of poor work.Paid nearly $50 for an interior clean, and it was hardly cleaned at all. Everything was covered in dust and dog hair still. One would reasonably expect the crew to inspect the vehicle’s condition before allowing the customer to leave. I’ve become a regular here since moving to south Minneapolis. I like it because it is on the way home for me. A few of the staff I see on a regular basis which is nice. The only thing I need to say is the new automated tire shine rollers installed earlier this year are not good. I called to let them know they need to adjust them and still nothing has been done or so it seems. I’ve changed my monthly package to one without tire shine. It’s a real pain driving 10 minutes home and it looks like I went through I bunch of mud due to all the tire shine being flung on the side of my car. I realize I am going to get this to a certain degree with it not being dry but when I use to go to the Apple Valley location all the time I didn’t have this issue. I am hoping someone from management sees this and takes the time to figure out and adjust the tire shine rollers at this location. It’s applying way too much. Specifically to the drivers side. We were in town visiting family (we live out of state), and our car began having problems on the interstate. We did a quick Google search and stumbled upon Bobby and Steve’s and gave them a call. They were able to get us in right away and had new engine coil installed quickly. They had a great lounge area while we waited and were affordable. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone that needs!
Jimmy and the rest of the guys are first class – stopped in Saturday just before close and attempted to fix a flat. Unable to fix i quickly realized not one shop in the area had the 24” tire I needed. Jimmy had my spare installed and ordered up the replacement tire. Said I could leave my rim and he’d take care of it with a call around noon Monday. Sure enough he called as promised and said to stop at my convenience to have it mounted. Anything not under dealer warranty is headed to Bobby and Steve’s no question- thanks
Made a reservation late Friday night due to issues on the road. Got us in earlier than our appointment time the next day and found all the issues and fixed same day. Super sweet guys at the counter! Jimmy was thorough and we ended up paying the exact quoted price!
Such a great place! Staff is friendly and upbeat. The lounge is super nice and there are tons of options to eat while you wait. Noah Nelson worked on my car multiple times and he is fantastic and very knowledgeable.
Recently, I left work only to find a flat tire that was beyond repair. Decided to chance it and drove up the road to the Edina location. I made it there right as they were closing up. The man at the counter welcomed me and went on to deliver phenomenal customer service. He immediately checked with his staff to see if they could put a new tire on. Thankfully, they installed the tire and I was on my way very quickly.
Had he not chosen to help me I would have incurred a significant towing charge as I live outside of the Metro. THANK YOU SO MUCH, my fellow redhead, I really appreciate you!
