  I spend more than $30 and this is what I got. They didn’t vacuum everything, my seats and doors were still dirty. Yet it took them nearly 30 min. I honestly thought “Wow they are taking so long, must be doing a really good job.” Nope. When the worker opened my door he quickly said “Oh let me get that for you”, seeing dirt on the floor that hadn’t been vacuumed, I had a toddler with me so I didn’t have time to fine tooth it, but I shouldn’t have to. I can do down the road to the next car wash and self vacuum for $8. Unfortunately they are the only full service car wash around and they know it, so the prices have increased but the service has not.

  Amazing service at this car wash. The lady did a fantastic prep job on trucn before wash. 5/5!

  The guy though us a complete jerk ane complete opposite of her its wild. She is so sweet I wont let that ruin it. Just avoid him.

  Platinum Car Wash was highly recommend by a good friend and colleague. They hand washed, waxed and detailed my all black (inside and out) 1993 convertible . mustang GT 5.0. It has never looked so beautiful. I was having a hard time finding a place I would trust with my baby. So HAPPY we decided to give Platinum a try. You guys absolutely did NOT disappoint. You did a superior, fabulous job. The Staff and General Manager were very professional and personable. Great customer service, great work!!!

  I have always had fabulous service at this car wash. I got there this morning. Nobody there. 8:15 finally saw 2 employees there. I pulled in and was told I could not get my platinum service because they would not be ready for an hour. Came back an hour later and they had 5 cars they were working on. Pulled into drive. The employees saw me pul in. I waited for 8 minutes and Nobody came to my car!! I can’t believe this happened here. I love this car wash. Has always been fantastic! I did just leave when nobody even acknowledged me!!

  Response to owner: No, I was overcharged twice, and both charges did not drop off of my debit card, because I checked on it later. You may want to look into this for yourself. In addition, there was no signage stating anything about a hold fee. Again, beware when using debit cards at this establishment. How many check to see if they are being overcharged?   Vacuum pump says it costs $2 to use, I put in $3 and it never started. Called the customer service number and spoke to someone who seemed nice and said someone will be around to help and that he would call back in a few minutes. Waited around for 30 min waiting for an attendant or a call back. No one ever came to help and didn’t receive a call back. Decided to leave

  Great place to wash your vehicle if your a car guy like me. Only 3 things they need to work on, 1) The spot free rinse needs more drying agent chemical added to it, 2) The air dryer function needs more power, and 3) The amount of time you get on their timer per quarter needs to be a little bit longer in my opinion. Otherwise it’s a great self-serve car wash. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys washing their own car.

  Very good customer service. I had a problem with the blower not coming on so I called the customer service number. They were very helpful and gave me a free car wash. The price for a drive thru wash is the best in the area.

  Stopped into the automatic wash page $17 to have it super washed watched half the car left the soap on it didn’t rinse it nothing pulled around to the Bay try to use the sprayer to run some soap off that didn’t even work I waste of $22 will never go back there again tried to call him got no answer got an answer machine no call back no nothing
