I drove all the way from Fountain City on an on off day to specifically use this PureMagic location as it has interior cleaning available for a great price. I arrive at 8:15 this morning only to find this location closed “due to maintenance”. Now, my tank is less full and more importantly… my car is still dirty. Maybe post on your social media if you plan on not being opening during your normal operation hours so more people don’t waste time and money trying to use your business. I paid for the interior cleaning, and they didn’t bother cleaning under the back seats (at all), and the area around the gear shifter and cupholders was still pretty filthy. They did tell me I could take it back through the wash again for free, which I did. I was told that Jeeps aren’t really meant for car washes, and they have to turn off some of the brushes, so I only really get the chemicals. Got my second wash, and then vacuumed the entire car out myself to get all the stuff the interior crew missed. Occasionally they have the car wash down for service or sometimes the scrubbers or the automated wipers might be out of commission. Bigger dude running the car wash tried to get rude after I told him to hold up and don’t start it yet because I had to put my Tesla in car wash mode and he started it anyways and told the other car or another worker “I don’t know what he’s doing No Communication” and I rolled my window down and I said you heard what I said wait until this car wash mode enables that’s the communication activated right after I said that smooth car wash after but I don’t do them slick comments.
Sara was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and explained the memberships details. The wash itself was great and my car came out super clean. The vacuums have improved substantially and the towels smell amazing. Me and my family will be back
