If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought an upgraded package to ensure the car was cleaned and left a $20 tip. All they really did was took my car through the car wash. They didn’t clean in the inside or throw away my banana peel. I paid $60 for no reason! I tried and tried to call and speak to a manager that day and could not get through. The phone kept ringing. My tires had no tire shine, and they half wiped the rims ,you could see dirt streaks on every rim. My wife and I began using this car wash back when it was bay breeze. It was grt to swing in for a quick wash. Then it switched to Clean Machine and in the beginning it was good. We decided instead of paying for single washes every time, we would get a monthly membership. What a regrettable mistake that turned out to be.Clean machine began going downhill pretty quick after we signed up for our membership.
Half of the time the Vacuums and compressed air didn’t work, but that would be the least of our problems with this company.We began getting double charged monthly from Clean Machine. We called and called and couldn’t get anybody with this company to pick up the phone. We decided to try the email method and after multiple emails sent, no response from anybody.
So we decided to go down and talk to an employee at the car wash. They pulled up our account and seen that we were charged for 2 accounts even though we only had one membership. He told us he corrected the issue and everything was good to go. The following month we were charged yet again for 2 memberships. We went back down to Clean Machine and and talked to another employee that also “corrected” the issue.
Guess what happened the following month! Double charged yet again! We go back down to Clean Machine and tell them to just cancel our membership completely because it’s obvious they cannot resolve the issue with double charging us and we will just pay for single washes when we visit from now on.
The next month, we were charged yet again, but this time, it was only for a single membership. Looks like they straightened out the double charging issue but we still wanted the membership canceled to avoid dealing with this headache in the future. So we go back down to clean machine and pull up in the members lane to get a wash before we speak to an employee once again to cancel the membership. The arm wouldn’t go up in the member lane so an employee walks over and scans our membership sticker and tells us our membership is inactive. Perfect! Our membership is non active finally! We pay for a single wash and leave.
Two days later, we are double charged once again for our “inactive” monthly membership. How can that even be possible. We’ve had to jump through hoops dealing with resolving charging issues with this company and now when our account is inactive, we are still getting charged! Now we had to spend a hour of our morning on the phone with our bank to cease all charges and payments from this car wash.
We will never be visiting Clean Machine again.**UPDATE**
Was charged AGAIN this month for a membership that was canceled 3 months ago. I visit Total Package Car Wash (TPCW) periodically. I have found that for the cost of a single wash, $10, I could avoid dragging out my wash gear saving me $10 worth of my time. Today I visited TPCW arriving at 8am. I had my vehicle washed, vacuumed, dried and cleaned, inside and out by 9am. The wash takes 3 minutes. The rest of the time I used to detail my vehicle. TPCW recycles their “softened water,” and utilize neospline rotating “brushes” that don’t damage the paint finish. TPCW uses chemicals in the wash that don’t leave a residue. One can get a single wash (or more) and if desired, utilize the included vacuums, clean drying towels, mat cleaning machines, compressed air and glass cleaner to complete the cleaning of one’s vehicle. Outstanding team attitude by the employees. Monitors who are readily walking the property to ensure the equipment is functioning properly and customers are utilizing it properly. Emptying trash receptacles and answering any questions, if needed. This is the first of two locations. One coming soon to Cape Coral, FL. Saves me time and hassle! $10 allows me to clean my vehicle in less than an hour! Wishing this business much success! For those desiring more frequent vehicle cleanings, monthly memberships are available and more detailed applications can be purchased for additional fees.
I have been in the car wash business for about 3 years and is the responsibility of the car wash team members to look out for your car even if is “aftermarket” the wash blew my 2 rear at the end of the tunnel and manager said they’re not responsible for the employee not looking for my car before sending it through the tunnel.
$400 bucks in this issue.
It’s one of the most perfect and complete car wash that we were visiting. First área it’s for prepare your truck, suv, or remove your bugs. After you wash your car stop for vacuum and include towels and for clean your windows. Good prices and was open all the week and open through 8pm, they have single wash or month plan.
Seriously the nicest and best car wash I have used, ever. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and my car hasn’t looked this good since I first bought it! I love the towels and glass cleaner they provide at each vacuum station. And the vacuums….they actually suck. You all know what I mean. I go to the beach frequently and always have sand in my Jeep no matter how many times I try to vacuum it out, but their vacuums had so much power that the interior of my Jeep is now sand free!! I feel like I’m driving my brand new car again!!! You have a new loyal customer!!
Very nice Car Wash, everything from the very friendly employees and helpful management to the actual facility is the best I’ve been too. Would recommend to everyone to try this place.
