Worse customer service ever! After have went through the machine I noticed that the car was still dirty so I asked to run through again and The So Called Manager, informed that the system was already shut it down for the day, so I asked I guess can I come back tomorrow? His answer was No, than after we argued back and forth ( which I’ve already have done 2 times in the past) I decided wasn’t worth and went to vacuum my car… for my surprise was off also, so I went to complain again and I said what did I paid for? He said I got what I paid for! What??!! So I asked the owner email so I could get in touch and he said No. So I decided to cancel the membership on my car, I’m sure I’m gonna get way better service somewhere else. By far my favorite car wash in Macon. I’ve been to so many here trying to find one to get a monthly subscription for and this one is at the TOP. These folks do the best job in town for inside detailing at a fast pace.
Just came back after the changeover to Big Peach from Fountain Car Wash. They have done a ton of work on the property and the flow seems much better.
They don’t do the inside cleaning at the beginning like they used to. The vehicle goes through the wash and around to the left to two huge new bays of covered parking spots with vacuums, and the techs work on the left ones (in the shade finally!) while Express folks go to the right. When the techs are done, they pull your vehicle around and present it to you.
Inside, they’ve added a drinks bar and tables in front of a big glass window to watch your vehicle go through. There’s even a kid’s “spray gun” that blasts the vehicle. I didn’t see it in action though. There’s also an inside sitting room near the back door. The bathroom was renovated as well.
They did a killer job on my Jeep and with it being a 2-door I know they did some crawling around to get it clean in the backseat.
The only drawback is, I couldn’t see how many people worked on it and only one person drove it, so I had to give him the whole tip, although I did ask how many people worked on it (3), and I hope he gave his coworkers their fair share ($5 bills x4) including himself, because he was the one that checked me in.
I will definitely be back! If for nothing else than to see the fountain actually working!

Caleb was very helpful to me in deciding on what wash to get for my Mini Cooper. It was the first time my car had been through an automatic car wash, and he assured me that the wash was comparable to a hand wash. I also have a bike rack, and his guidance was helpful there as well. Thank you Caleb for excellent service!

It’s awesome to see what big peach has done at this location. I worked here 20 years ago and the environment and employees are awesome across the board. I’m glad to see they just didn’t tear it down and start all over. Also the water guns are a huge plus.
