I work for a company that allows their whole fleet to wash trucks there, and you would think that they would take care of you, but that isn’t how the outcome is. No longer offering wheel and tire service, or further hand drying for VIP memberships. They cannot properly dry a crew cab long bed truck in 30 seconds at the end of the tunnel and got the plan for that reason alone.
Actually thought about it and it’s one star, had to sit and wait for almost 20 minutes before anyone came and told me they aren’t doing it anymore. After they walked by several times.
Found a paper on the next lane over, on the second go around because it wasn’t clean the first time.

HORRIBLE job.Bought their top wash called the “Mighty Wash” which clearly states on the sign, “Wheel & Tire Cleaner” AND “Tire Shine”. I decided that maybe something was not working properly so I decided to let them know of my concerns.
I was told that was extra. Even after arguing and showing him their own sign he continued arguing.
Mind you, there was zero vehicles in line to be washed, when talked to him.

Been coming here for years. Not ONCE have i ever been disappointed. – Update 2/25/22 : Still the Best! Just wiped the few drops on the car and she looks waxed! She is waxed!
This is a great location to get your car washed. I have been going here since they opened for business. A must go if your are wanting your vehicle to get cleaned and they do have free vacuums. Cost is reasonable. $20 for the top tier wash. The one thing I like most is the tire dressing does a great job in the wash.
Update: They gave me a call and thankfully had kept it when they found it though they did not receive my lost item form.
We love to go here for our vehicles but this past visit on Sat April 8th was not so great! I accidentally vacuumed up my sons video game before I could grab it and immediately found an employee to see if anything could be done. He helped me fill out the online lost item form and advised me to call Monday. I called Wednesday and left a message when no one answered. I tried calling again the next day but no answer. I tried reaching out via FB messenger but was left on read. And I have tried calling multiple times since with no answers or call backs. Why have a phone for customers to call or a form to fill out online if you don’t want to call them back or even answer when they call you!
I have had a great experience each time I go. Staff is friendly, multiple places to dry and vacuum. They do offer extras but I have not tried them. Never had a problem
Love this place!! Only place I take my baby. I got an unlimited pass so I can everyday if I want!!
