My son paid the cashier $40 for gas. Went to pump pumped gas and it had stopped at $30. He went in to get change and the cashier said my son only gave him $30. This is not the first time in the last few weeks with the same guy. My son was upset as I am about a grown man yelling him. There are people out here that have to budget for these things and this guy stole. Frauded my child. I will be callin BBB, the city and anywhere else to report this. These new owners are horrible and nothing but problems since the change. As to the washing quality: I ordered the $17 ultimate clean package, which was the highest tier. , The car come out still quite dirty. See pictures below. I am not expecting it to be at the same level as car detailing service but this is worse than most of other auto car washing services that I experienced.
To make things even more unpleasant, the service quality was aawful. the staff was rude and impatient. There was not any cars behind me and they behave like they are running out of time. The guy asked me to put the car in park mode, which I did. However as here is a sign on the wall says to put the car in netural. I tried to confirm with the person and he start yelling at me as if I do not understand English. “park!” The guy yelled, “P-A-R-K! Don’t you understand?”.
Later on he reached to my driving wheel without ask, to ‘help’ me to guide the left wheel on the rail, with their hand still dripping water.
During the whole process I felt like been treated as some incompetent idiot instead of a paid customer. No respect and care at all. The service guy seems to have had a rough day and try to steam it out to their customer.
It was a horrible service. Totally not worth it. Look at my review history – I am generally pretty generous in giving reviews.
Needless to say I will never go to this place again.

I always bring some water or soda to the guys and gals working there. They have a ice chest up by the vacuum area to put it in. They work their butts off and do a beautiful job. I Always leave a 5.00 tip. They see me coming and know me. I respect them, they do a great job. It’s so easy to be nice.
Liked the service on my last visit to a do a car wash and inside vacuuming. The price range is also within budget.The top tier gold service is 36$. Very fast service, went there in a weekend ..the whole process took around 30mins
Broke my mirror and not even willing to accept their fault. As soon as I left the car wash, mirror fell to ground and they said they did not break. Horrible.
After vacuum and wash they have 3-4 people crawling all over your car wiping and cleaning everything. They spend some solid time going over everything. This isn’t a car detailing service it is a carwash. So manage your expectations but they really do try to go above and beyond to get all the crumbs dirt and grime off your car.
I paid over $30.00 to have my car wash, although the wait was extremely long i ignored that issues. Once I arrived home, I realized the inside of my car was not vacuumed. ( I live in San Ramon) I brought the car back, spoke to the manager ( business owner) and he told me “ you should have checked” his attitude was horrible. He did not offer a free car wash nor my money back. As a business owner, I feel that he should have at least offered a car wash in the future. Unfortunately we will no longer bring our cars here. Side note: I shouldn’t have to check my car if I paid for a service. The service should have been done.
