Went there today and it didn’t even come close to getting my car clean. With the added water spots it may actually be dirtier than before I went (even paying extra for spot free rinse). The tire shine was sloppily applied and the rims are still filthy. The bird poo and bug spots were also still there. It didn’t even remove the basic dust and grime as you see in the photos. So very disappointed. I will not be going back that’s for sure. The “under new management” is a flop.
After the change in management I returned. Purchased the monthly package and I have been pleased. Staff are friendly and helpful. A remarkable change.
In 2021- Poor wash and tire shine. Even worse customer service. Would not apply tire shine by hand after their machine failed to do so. Wouldn’t let the car go through again. Even more, 10 days have lapsed without a response to my complaint about this issue through their website. Our relationship has ended. Don’t use this place.
My car was extremely dirty from a trip up in the mountains, completely covered in dirt and salt. Needed to get it cleaned asap so I gave this location a shot and left extremely satisfied. The first run through the wash didn’t really do the job because I drive a Jeep Wrangler and the brushes couldn’t reach the curves, but after talking to the manager, Ric, he personally went out of his way to send my car through again cleaning it up to perfection. Thank you Ric!
Don’t use this car wash, went through today and it busted the plastic on the mirror and they don’t cover anything on side mirrors, clearly it was the wash and you don’t replace it. Recommend using another car wash!
I have been a Wash Club member for years. I love this car wash. Easy in quick wash. Plenty of vacuum bays. I use this place once a week. Even got a membership for my wife. Our cars always stay clean.
