First time coming here yesterday, the young man in the window was very nice and offered a subscription but I wanted to see the cleanliness of my car prior to signing up. I’m glad I didn’t jump into a membership.
For $20, anywhere else, I’ve always gotten a towel dry or at least a microfiber towel roller to dry my car off.
This wasn’t the case. Just straight up dripping wet afterwards that air dried after some time.
There was supposed to be tire shine gloss, which is unnoticeable.
(What I hope) are soap marks and not buffer damage on driver side of my car, my mirror, and in my door jamb, dirt still in my rear window seal.
I used the vacuums which I appreciate being free however, only one of them had strong suction at the station I went to.In my opinion, this place isn’t worth the $20 price tag; I’m accustomed to much better cleaning quality at other places for the same, if not cheaper, price point. I’ll have to stick to my usual car washes in Redford or Dearborn in between when I wash it myself.

I got the $16 wash. It didn’t do such a wonderful job washing my car. At this car wash, they don’t pre- scrub your car. They just put your car on this. Really nice conveyor. BUT if you have rain deflectors/guards over your windows, DO NOT USE.
Not once but twice, different rain flare sets, both of them get ripped off by their dangly micro fleece drying/soaping strings. So that sucked. But they are great customer service, friendly and helpful.
Just avoid if you have those deflectors on your windows.
They are awesome. If they can get my car clean, they are miracle workers
