Just happened today, scratched on the upper side of the car’s door in this car wash. Mister Car Wash is refusing to do anything about it. I don’t recommend this carwash! Those who moved recently from other states, so be aware not to go to this carwash. All machines and equipment of Mister Car wash are outdated, and your car gets scratched. Not the speediest, but a good was at Mister Car Wash. We were in the third car in line for a wash. Given the one car at a time method, took about 20-30 minutes. Good to get the road grit off of our car to stop the salt from corroding it.
Very thorough, fast, and efficient car wash. You’re better off getting a monthly wash plan, as this can be used at all their locations.
Staff is friendly and helpful, and always have a smile and a wave for their customers.
Not such a good deal. I wanted to use my coupon today before it expired. I arrived at your business and it looked like it is closed? Maybe not, if you have a 30 day car wash membership and you can just drive on through? So I waited a few thinking everyone is on break and no one came out to help – I just wanted to process my coupon and pay. Crickets…so I left and called there and no answer -in fact it just disconnected me. No way of leaving a message. I won’t be back for sure. Pretty expensive way to maintain a clean car with no service. Wowzers
I would like to thank Jason and Mister car wash on the East Beltline for such a great experience. I was there a week prior and I questioned about my flat finish paint. The only assistance I received was they didn’t know.
Thankfully I went back today, just to ask if I could purchase a vacuuming option. I was more than pleased with the knowledge and professionalism Jason gave me! (He most likely wasn’t aware I’d be doing a full on detail to my vehicle). Whatever the case, I had a great experience and am super thankful!!
*Not to mention, their vacuums totally suck! 💯 everything I want in a vacuum.
Nice car wash without worrying that your car will get scratched up with the brushed. A better job would be nice on the lower panels of your car and bugs removed from the front.
