  Long review inbound but I feel it’s necessary. I had INCREDIBLY HIGH hopes for Epic. All the great reviews, moving to a new bigger location (to me means business is strong), and decent scheduling and pricing.

  I opted to have a 1997 Tahoe fully detailed including the engine bay. Paint was rough in areas, inside was a disaster for sure, and engine needed love. I expressed over the phone numerous times how the stains had been there a long time, the vehicle had sat for 6 years, but that I was willing to pay extra to get it done right and make her new again.

  I turned it in on a Friday at 9am and I was told it would be done “By Saturday Midday at the latest.” They said it was due to Covid, and scheduling conflicts, but they essentially ran other quicker jobs through the site and mine sat for days partially finished. I didn’t get to pick it up until halfway through Monday. Which I was honestly okay with, as long as the extra time meant the worked showed it. (Which on the phone I was told numerous times that it was “To make sure we get everything taken care of and that it’s because of other jobs that were scheduled on Saturday”)

  The result was met with mixed emotions. The drivers cup holder had brown liquid and particles in it likely from them steaming the vent above it, the door threshold still had dirt on it, and a surprisingly large amount of the carpet had stains still present. Don’t get me wrong, these guys did an incredible amount of good cleaning, but its apparent that they don’t use drill brushes to really get out stains because any fabric surface was pretty lack luster and disappointing. If you go on YouTube and look up “Detail Geek” and watch his videos, that’s the quality I was expecting and Epic didn’t deliver.

  I called and brought the issues to their attention once I finally saw it myself as I had someone else pick it up for me since it wasn’t done when expected, and they did offer to have me schedule to bring it back it. But I can’t be without a vehicle any longerand the delays were very off putting.

  I’m just going to do another interior detail myself this weekend to pull out stains.

  In summary, they cleaned a lot, but the lack of final attention to detail, and what felt like being put behind higher priority clients leaves a lasting bad taste.

  If you have a normal vehicle with typical cleaning needed, I’m sure they will dial you in. But this is not the place to bring a car that is in true interior detail need conditions. They seem under equipt to handle major renovation expectations even when I mentioned that I was willing to pay hundreds more to see a true transformation.

  I’m a very reasonable person and I give business’ the benefit of the doubt as I work in the service industry too, and I never leave detailed reviews like this but it felt necessary.

  Amazing experience. The service was welcoming and fast. I got a 5 year ceramic coating + window tints on my ‘22 Civic. So happy with how it turned out, the pricing was reasonable as well. I brought my car in and it was pretty dirty & had some minor scratches from drive thru car washes and it showed up a lot on my black paint. I had some scheduling conflicts and they worked around them with no problems. When I picked it up today it looked straight out of the dealership, (but it’s even better now with protected paint & darker tints) 😍 Will be returning again!

  I took my Mercedes 300 in to Epic after a disastrous drive through car wash~the damage from the wash was BAD. Epic brought it back to new, (it was a new car, but the car wash had some cleaning agent that was horrible). It looks so great!!! 10 out 10 I’d recommend them to any and all!!!!   It is a decent car wash. Most of them are fully automated now. Pay at a machine and enter. They do have someone that sprays the car first, so that is nice. My reason for the 4 stars is that this location is hard to enter. You used to be able to enter on two sides. Now they cone off because of the automated entrance. They want everyone to only use that entrance. That makes it very difficult if you are traveling west instead of east on division.

  Automated car wash. As long as you’ve gone through a car wash before you’ll be fine. When I’ve gone there has been limited staff, but they still tape off your rear wiper and give a quick pre soak.

  I do prefer the larger Washman on 82nd near Johnson Creek Blvd, but this one is good if you need a quick wash.

  Be sure to keep your receipt if you want to use the vacuum, there is a code on there that you will need.

  Nicholas Cruz Kruz is very unprofessional. I asked for the $10 wash & dry & add the tire shine for $3. He selected the $15 wash & I said that’s not what I want you have to add it. He replies with a very smart tone, don’t tell me how to do my job. I said you don’t have to get smart with me & he said you don’t either & I was actually being very nice to him. He needs more training fast! Don’t screw up that Volkswagen contract. The 1 star is for that one employee.

  This place is never open on time. I’ve been here three times in the last month and a half. The hours say they open at 7:30 but the guy is always still unlocking things up until 7:45a. This morning I went in to wash my car before work at 7:30a and the gentleman working there said they don’t open until 8a and I would have to vacate the property until then. I could not wait until 8a because that’s when I start work. I updated their business hours to the best of my ability through Google maps.
