Don’t not go here! This business has charged my card for the monthly unlimited car wash 3 times since I asked them to cancel the pass. I’ve contacted them each month and have yet to get a refund. I live 6 minutes away from the Hammond location and this was my car when I got home immediately from a car wash, this is absolutely unacceptable!!
My car was damaged and the car behind me and they are not responding to my emails. I also have video footage of my car before it was washed the shut down the wash to check for any issues. They are avoiding repairing any damages.
I have the monthly subscription. It’s convenient because it’s located right on Calumet Avenue. But man do they need an upgrade on those vacuums! If their vacuums worked better I’d definitely give them 5 stars. Staff is always friendly and helpful with moving the line. New vacuums PLEASE!
