I have a full sized truck, there was a Celica getting dried off when I pulled in, 4 people working it. I got washed, pulled behind him. ONE person came to dry mine and got done, hand out for a tip and 4 were STILL drying the Celica! I know what was different because our window tags identifying the wash was the same, you use your imagination as to what it was.
I asked for a manager, he was busy drying the Celica and said “I’ll come when I’m done here!” IM DONE with this location!!!

Now I know this isn’t a detail but for $40 I at least expected decent carpets (no visible debris) , streak free windows and brake dust free wheels. My first wash was a Ride-Thru, with no hand dry. The machine left a considerable amount of dirt on the rear of my wagon. I accepted this as the down-side of no hand-dry.
So I decided to upgrade my subscription to the Full Service Unlimited to get the hand-dry and interior cleaned.
I ran my vehicle through last night. The hand-dry left streaked bird-droppings, and the interior clean left quite a bit of dust/pollen on the dashboard and elsewhere. I regret giving a $5 cash tip.
I’m locked in for the month, so we’ll see if this level of service changes. If not, I’ll switch to one of the close-by self-service options.

This was my first & last visit to the Hampton Va location. My brand new 22 honda civic – had the driver side mirror ripped off off -I exited the car wash in panic. I had to run to the back of the car wash to find someone to find my cover. They found it & it’s covered in scratches- pics attached- they took a report & said the owner would be in touch within 3 days. I made 4 phone calls & finally after a week the manager finally answered my call. He informs me that my car was damaged prior to entering the car wash & my claim is denied. I took my car to a body shop & it’s going to cost me $118 to replace. I went to the car wash today to watch the video of my car going into the car wash. It’s inconclusive to say my mirror was separated. The manager says-somebody had to have hit my car with a door and caused damage to it! I call BS…. So I’m suppose to drive my car around with scratches thanks to them……lost me as a customer & I’ll spread the word … beware of this car wash !
I love this car wash. The staff always come and clean my mats without me even asking and see if they can assist me. Just top notch service that makes all the difference. The car wash itself does everything it says, Recommend getting the monthly package, it’s worth it.
Thank you to Keith and the other young lady staff for ensuring supplies were stocked and customers had a pleasant visit while detailing their vehicles. It’s 90 degrees outside today, but that didn’t stop either of them from showing immaculate customer service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend others check this car wash out as well for a beyond satisfactory experience!!!
I absolutely love this car wash! The staff are very friendly and always willing to help you. The customer service is on point! The package deals are very affordable and you can use the services daily. I have been with this company for a few years now and plan on staying. 😊
Went in and felt as if my car was not clean enough. Mr. Kieth and another young woman associate came right out and assisted me with my wash and gave me another complimentary wash for satisfaction! I’ll definitely be back. The have the air detailing tool with the vacuum so it made my work vehicle clean super easy. Thank you you all.
