I’ve recently leased a townhouse from his agency and they were excellent with response time for all maintenance issues. Also, Stuart quickly found a tenant to replace my early lease termination with no hassles and refunded my full deposit in a timely manner. 7 months agoI have used Nesbitt Realty for more than 10 years and have always had a positive experience. I would highly recommend Nesbitt Realty if you are looking for a reliable and capable property manager or need to sell your home. I started renting out a condo unit I owned through Will Nesbitt in 2011, and later worked with Stuart Nesbitt from circa 2013 until the unit was sold (by Stuart) in December of 2022. Throughout this time Nesbitt Realty identified qualified potential tenants, prepared lease agreements, and kept me up to date on maintenance issues and any concerns regarding tenants. When it came time to sell the condo, Stuart identified a couple things to refresh/update in the unit and coordinated the work with a contractor, listed the property quickly, arranged a number of showings, and held an open house. Despite an increasingly challenging housing market with rising interest rates, Stuart presented me with a full-price offer within days of the initial listing, and the unit was sold in December of 2022. Highly recommended!6 months agoWe’ve been working with Stuart Nesbitt and his team for 3.5 years as our property managers. They are fantastic, very personal in their services to us, and make excellent recommendations for property maintenance and rental income.
