a month agoHome Marketing Group was great to work with. Our agent, Pam Moody, was great. She answered all the questions that we had and really had our back during negotiations. She really understood the market. I was always concerned about the price and it came out as she said it would. Great to work with.a month agoRobyn worked with us in the middle of an up and down market to sell a piece of land that we weren’t sure was ever going to sell. She was great at communicating, and never lead us down any rabbit holes chasing speculative offers. When she came to us saying that she was having conversations with a perspective buyer, we knew that this was something tangible and not just an inquiry that could lead to a letdown. Her planning, communication, and marketing approach was just what we needed.2 months agoRobyn was great from the start! Always available, personable, easy to reach, always had the answers we needed. Outstanding Attention to detail with great experience. Most importantly, she sold our house for way more than I thought possible! Thank you for your help. We would recommend you without any reservations3 weeks agoThankful I found Robyn. She was very wonderful to work with and was always quick to respond when needed. Robyn has a great personality and is the best realtor in Knoxville hands down. If you are looking to sell or buy she is the one.4 months agoElisa’s service and expertise was perfect from beginning to end. She was always upfront and honest about her take on homes we had considered, and guided us to our perfect second home. She advised us on the perfect offer that resulted in our purchase. We couldn’t be happier. This is the second property I’ve purchased with Elisa as our buyer’s agent and I would call her with any real estate question — thank you Elisa!

a year agoOur experience is different from most home buyers. We are stationed overseas and nearing retirement. As such, we’ve been researching where we would like to settle permanently and set community roots. Tennessee being a state with all the natural beauty and close to the Great Smoky Mountains as well as close to a major recreational lake. Dandridge being perfect. Jo was recommended to us by close friends who had just gone through a similar scenario, so we came in confident to this remote buying experience. And Jo did not disappoint! Holding our proverbial hands, we met with Jo via multiple zoom calls. With our requirements/preferences in hand, Jo customized her search criteria and provided us several properties. Once we identified the listings we were interested in, she created videos of the prospective properties. She was always very responsive to our emails. Once we made an accepted offer she guided us through the stages of buying property in Dandridge. She answered our questions during this process promptly and fully. She represented our interests professionally and ensured we received what we were paying for. Then things got better… Jo introduced us to local resources so that assisted us with work that was needed/wanted as well as a resource for Property Management to rent our home until we are able to move in. We would highly recommend Jo to anyone interested in buying/selling property in this area. The team Jo has comprised is second to none and we would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone seeking housing in the Eastern Tennessee region!a year agoShannen helped me find my dream home quickly. She knew what I was looking for and made sure to keep me in the loop. If not for her I would have overlooked this house. My 2 boys and I are so happy!9 months agoSo many great reviews but we did not have a good experience. I feel we didn’t get taken seriously. We were listing our home in alabama and needed to find places in Tennessee to look at asap so we could try to do the moves at the same time. She put myself on flexmls but did not really go over and beyond. The one we are at now put my husband and myself on it as well as group chat as well as over and beyond adding the lender and even a rental person in case we needed that. It made a huge difference. The reason I had to find another realtor is because I sent messages/emails and it was over a week and I heard nothing at all back from her. After that week of waiting we had to go with another realtor so we weren’t wasting any time on getting things going.a year agoJulia Wallner is the best! In this crazy market she was incredibly patient with us as we were trying to find a home that was move in ready at a reasonable price. Finally she found exactly what we were hoping for and took care of all of the details. She is a realtor that looks out for her client. You can’t go wrong working with her.10 months agoI’m a homeowner!!!! 🙌🏾 Thank you so much to Ronda Basanta for helping me find my dream home! Your patience, guidance, and expertise is beyond amazing! You are an awesome realtor and I can’t believe how easy you made this process for me! I’m forever grateful for your services! ❤️

3 months agoScott Griggs did an amazing job managing my rental property. He made sure the house was ready to go when I put it up for rent and got me some great renters. When I decided to sell the house a year later he handled that as well. Couldn’t have been happier! I was out of state and Scott handled all aspects of the rental and sale. He was great at staying in touch, handling any issues that came up, including avoiding a last minute disaster the day before closing. Highly recommend as both a property manager and realtor!4 months agoAvoid this business! They had an excellent sales pitch and gave the impression of confidence and experience. It ended up being one of the worst business partnerships in which I’ve been involved. It was bad enough that at one point I questioned whether I’d been scammed.Communication is abysmal. I was completely unaware they had even found a tenant until they were mostly moved in. The tenant failed to transfer utilities, so I was stuck with an electricity bill. When I told TVRA about this, I got a defensive attitude from Scott Griggs, who claimed everything had been transferred. I had to send them a picture of the bill still in my name before they took action.
I was given a date in which my first payment was to be deposited in my account. That date passed with no deposit. I tried to get in touch with someone, anyone to help, but received nothing. I triple checked the routing info, etc that I had provided and it was all correct. Still no money. Several days passed with no replies. This was the point where I started wondering if I had been scammed. Finally, a check arrived in the mail, 9 days late if I remember right. I did not sign up for checks in the mail, but direct deposit. They simply do not pay attention.
The tenant they installed paid rent on time twice over the course of nine months, got a large dog against the lease terms, and subsequently lied about removing it. I wouldn’t have known about any of it were it not for the neighbors complaints. TVRA was a middleman who only took money and created, not solved problems. There’s no chance this tenant had an even remotely acceptable credit score. I don’t believe TVRA did their due diligence in verifying the tenant.
Scott’s strategy for removing a non-paying tenant was weak and ineffective. They had to rely on my suggestions to get it done, and I had almost no experience with the process at all. The house was filthy upon the tenant’s departure, but TVRA claimed everything was in good order. I had to hire a cleaning staff myself because I had learned they were incapable of completing even simple tasks related to the management of a rental property. Perhaps Scott and his team will eventually learn how to do their jobs with some efficiency and professionalism, but I certainly wouldn’t bet on it. The only thing Scott Griggs did to help me was quit before I fired him.
5 months agoI recently graduated college and was in the process of relocating. My girlfriend and I luckfully found a property for rent by Tennessee Valley Realty. Katie is who we went through and she has been amazing! From being informative to helping with any questions and concerns. Thanks so much TVR and to Katie for helping throughout the relocating process.7 months agoWe have lived in our townhome for about 10 months now. I have to say everyone in the office has been very polite to our family. They are always out to fix anything that has been requested to be fix. Recently we had a flood due to cold weather and busted pipes and everyone was on it to fix the situation. We couldn’t be more grateful. I have recommended Tennessee valley realty to all of my family and friends looking for a new home.a year agoVery Happy and 5 stars were easily given for the experience! I received the pleasure of working with Ms. Shelby and wow such an amazing personality! Shelby is an employee that anyone would desire. The personable attitude and infectious laugh while entertaining the obvious passion for everyday was astonishing to me. A breathe of fresh air being fortunate enough to have such experience nowadays! Shelby is one that you feel as though you are speaking with a friend very understanding, accommodating, and a passionate professional with a bright future in my eyes! Kudos to you for such a fantastic team member
