We had an awesome experience with him and the team. As trying to be first home owners, Carlos helped us understand every step of the way. He took his time to explain everything and answer all of our endless questions. He was very involved and connected with us in the best way possible if we couldn’t meet at his office. With his help we found our first home and love it! The market is so different now, we appreciated all his advice and valuable information. We felt very comfortable and in good hands! We highly recommend Carlos as an agent!in the last weekWorst experience ever! I have bought three properties in the last 7 years and this was the worst experience. I decided to give Del real realty a chance and I got burned. I worked with Eddie Sanchez, who seemed knowledgeable at first. He recommended a lender who didn’t lock in the interest rate and then basically told me I was stuck with a higher interest rate then was promised. Luckily I followed my gut and didn’t take Eddie or Ubaldo’s advice and went with a whole sale lender who was able to get me an better interest rate. I should have ran way at that point but I really wanted the house and tike was of the essence. Eddie recommended an inspectiob company and contractor to get all of the repairs done on the home. I wanted to get repairs done before closing on the house because I didn’t want to get burned but Eddie assured me that he would make sure all repairs would be completed. I went against my better judgemebt and trusted in him and the contractor Studio C which he highly recommended. They were supposed to repair windows and leaks etc by October 7th…we are now in late April amd the windows were never repaired. I reached our to Eddie and he again assured me he would get things done. Now he is no longer answering my texts or phone calls. I reached out to other people at del real realty amd they also told me they would talk to the broker and nothing. Do yourself a favor and run far away. Go to people like Duane Burrows or Jessica barrios for your real estate needs. They keep their word and will fix things as promised.Update: Daniel del Real took matters into his hands and worked hard to make this right. I know things can go wrong but it is a relief when owners step in and make things right. Thanks again Daniel for your efforts. I look forward to doing business with you in the future. I will contact you directly when I want transparency in the purchase of a home or investment property. I upped my rating solely on my experience with Daniel.

a year agoA little more than two years ago, I was in search of housing. I was looking for a mobile home and was going around the Modesto area looking at those that were listed for sale. When I went to Standiford Park, I found a couple of homes that sparked my interest. I called the realtor who was showing as the agent selling the home. Unfortunately, that agent was unable to help me at the time, but did have another agent by the name of Brittani come meet with me as she was already at the park. I met with Brittani and she assisted me in the entire buying experience. Brittani was very helpful and professional.Brittani and I have stayed in contact and I am currently working with her to find me some property in the foothills where I can hopefully move too in the future.

2 months agoWe had a great experience with Valley Oak Property Management. Our owner changed over to them January 2023. We just bought our own home, but the six months we were with them was great. You can pay rent online through your portal, where you can also request repairs. They were always attentive, and the exit process was handled very well. Special shout out to Adam who did a great job in introducing himself in January with a personal visit, to walking us through the final check out process. Thanks for your help!a month agoI was automatically locked out of my apartment 😪 and I called a locksmith… he told me the locks on my apartment doors were defective… Placed an online work order and it was handled promptly and efficiently. Happy with Valley Oak Property Management and their services. Still got to talk to them about the reimbursement for the locksmith… will update when done.
