Brian Sinnott, our agent at Howe Realty was very patient with us as it took us awhile to sell our home in Washington while we were looking for a new home here in Arizona. He was very responsive to our request to see a home, he went and did video tours of the home so we could get a better feel for the home before we got here to look at it physically. a month agoI have been renting through Ultimate Properties for almost 2 years now. My AC went out last night and I put a work order in late at night. I woke up to a confirmation of the vendor requesting an appointment time and it is already scheduled for repair. This company is always quick to respond and follow up. Thank you to a company for making my life easier and less stressful – you care about your tenants and their well being!in the last weekI have such a horrible experience dealing with this company ive been having air conditioning issues since April 25th they sent out the ac company who came numerous times to put a bandage on it and it constantly kept going out then come July 12 my ac completely went out and it was during the heatwave of temps above 110 even a time it hit 120 degrees they didn’t provide no portable air conditioning nor did they offer to move us to a hotel until issue was was fixed so my family and my family pets had to suffer thru it and we didn’t get our ac fixed until around July 25th we was giving the run around i put in a work order about my ac issue and put in another one and Aaron closed my work order acting like it was a mistake i was told that i will be reimbursed then when it came to August rent nothing reflected on my account i wrote Aaron on July 26 no response after a few days i called up there and now all of suddenly he can respond back which he outright ignored me for days now I’m told i have to pay full August rent still no reimbursement from them i go ahead and pay august rent so i once again have wrote Aaron and once again he hasn’t responded back its been days now my little kids suffered thru a heatwave my house had temperatures over 100 degrees to the point my thermostat stop reading the temperature it just flashed 0 what y’all have put us thru is illegal the vendors left the electric panel off after doing work which if my children would of went around the house and touched it the could of been killed HORRIBLE COMPANY and i have everything so there is no denying all i asked was for it to be fixed and to be treated fairly but no we haven’t been treated fairly first they deleted my work order now my review so i will repost it until yall do the right thing still waiting for my rent reimbursement that i was promised in middle of July still nothinga week agoSo far so good, will update after I’ve lived under their management for longer than 2 days. But I can say they are nice and willing to help when signing the lease2month update. So far so good, just a few miscommunications but nothing major, more so probably on my end more than anything. They seem to be willing to listen, and everything that I have asked to be fixed or done for the most part has gotten done. One thing I am adamant about is communication, with the understanding they are dealing with more people than just me, and they meet my mark for that. It might take a few days but its just that a few days haven’t had one of my issues or questions go without some type of message back longer than 48 hrs. We had a A/C issue at the beginning on the weekend, and they still had someone out there in a reasonable time frame. So for the past two months it has been nice and really not stressful at all and i couldn’t ask for more. Will update again after some more time but for now I am content.
a month agoI wouldn’t even give them one star if that was an option. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. My family & I applied for a rental here in Phoenix, after taking our $200 application fee for everyone over the age of 18 in the home, they let us know the home was no longer available & already rented . We was told we could transfer the application to a different home of our choosing, but after countless emails & calls NO ONE would get back to us . NOT ONE PHONE CALL WAS RETURNED OR EMAIL ANSWERED. After waiting almost 2 weeks for someone to get back to us on other potential rentals we had chosen, we was out of time on finding a place & had to turn to a different rental management company. So thank you Utimate properties management, here’s $200 of our hard earned money …..do with it as you wish !3 weeks agoUltimate Properties has been very professional and helpful throughout the entire rental process. I wish there was an option for 6 stars. Amanda, Lupe, Savannah and Ryan have all been very helpful. I would highly recommend Ultimate Properties for all your home rental needs.
